@followyourbliss101 I agree. I believe that they were on a very limited budget from the developer. The house was only staged for a home show and photos, so I am sure that there are lot's of bare spots. They used things from their warehouse rather than pieces appropriate to the house. They did the best they could within their limitaions. We specialie in all of the finishes, interior architecture, selections and details prior to the furnishing.

A step over bath WITH a toilet right next to it in a house like that? Who's design faux pas was that?All that space & they need to put a cheap looking bath with a shower rod in it? Incredible , grandeur meets a pokey suburban bathroom.

The bath you mentioned is on-suite with one of the upstairs bedrooms. This was a spec house and costs are usually cut on the second floor. There were 6 baths in this house. They usually don't do glass shower enclosures on tubs that can end up as kids rooms. The furnishings are by a temporary staging company.

These photos are breathtaking.

It would be really beneficial to see the owner of the company actually giving a tour of the home designed. Pictures sometimes make it difficult to put the rooms together, where as a video tour would allow the rooms to flow together and make it more realistic for the viewer. It's also nice to see who one would be working with if they utilized your company (establish a relationship!)

Beautiful house! I must say that when one thinks of France and Paris, the Eiffle tower comes to mind. It is a whimsical touch that adds charm to the bedroom... I like it!

the house was designed absolutly beautifully but the choice of furnishing was diabolical and tasteless, lol what the heck was the eiffel tower doing in thier bedroom?

The furniture was placed by a Real Estate "staging" company. It was temporary for month and met the Builders budget. With larger homes, that are not "models" the Builders often will not go through the exspense of properly furnishing the home. CHDI did all of the selections, tile, lighting and finishes prior to the furnishings.

Nice house. But it's FLORIDA. Who wants to live in FLORIDA? Hurricanes, mostly ugly weather, HORRENDOUS schools and social problems. Well, maybe it's intended to be a rental vacation investment property?

Just like who would live in California with earthquakes. We've come a long way with hurricanes. We are so prepared, unlike other states I won't mention. At least you have notice and can see a hurricane coming... not like an earthquake, avalange or flood. To be honest, I've been here almost all of my life, and I know how to prepare for hurricanes! It's like having a fire drill, and I have 2 small children. I love the weather, and most of the time, we're missed by hurricanes!

Very nice, but lose the eiffel tower sculptures. They are the equivalent of a Mona Lisa reproduction in the living room on the trite & tacky-o-meter. With grounds as large as you have available, it also wouldn't hurt to tie the theme of the interior into the garden. Would the owners consider a herb garden maze? The smell of fresh lavender will help conjure summers in Provence.

Thank you for viewing. I agree, the Eiffel towers are a little trite, however the home was temporarily "staged" for the photos, vs. furnishing and accessorizing for an individual homeowner. The landscape in the photos is probably less that a month after install. Your ideas are wonderful for the garden.
