  • Sorry to hear that man and get better soon! I pulled my lower back about two months ago doing partial deads and couldn't walk for two days...I feel your pain my friend...rest and get better!

  • It could have something to do with your iliopsoas. I jacked mine up a while back and thought it was a back problem; it was a hip problem. Just throwing that out there in case it helps you if your recovery is less than quick. Stay strong bro.

  • how did it happen, you were jsut doing a regular set and you felt you pulled something in your back or you were rounding a lot or what?

  • @nba8340 yeah I did a late good morning on the 3rd rep, an acute pain shot into my lower back. I think it's a little better, I won't squat on it until I am completely healthy.
