His stick isn't going up and down at the same rate as what your hearing but to match his rhythm in his right, as he comes down on his left and goes back up he hits it twice (instead of thinking each strike down is a hit) which may look like he's going out of rhythm

@Stjimmy1120 I see no triggers bro, only a hella tuned kit and some mics. and the reason why you're hearing 2 different sounds is because they're real cymbals, so there is always some fluctuation between hits. only with electronic cymbals will the sound be the same every time.

Of course, I'm might be wrong, and his whole kit is triggered out the ass and its more electronic that acoustic. but whatever.
