I figured out something about this level. When they were eaten, it starts in the worms esophagus. after the digestive teeth part there was a round thing hanging on the ceiling, that's probably it's uvula. Then after Ben Carmine's fate there's this wall of crap thats coming, thats not crap or barf, it's what the worm's eating (like buildings, cars, large piles of dirt and rock). Then your in the stomach an next your in the small intestine toxic place, and Marcus (or Dom) made a little short o
