I made the mistake of using Kyogre, which made Manaphy damn-near invincible. I also kept missing Dark Void for like 9001 turns. :( I'm about to try a set with Groudon, and for this occasion a couple of my pokemon have aquired protect.

Hey. In my pbr the mysteryal have different pokémons! He has Groundon, Ho-Oh, Dialga, Latios, Mewtwo and Cherrym (This Cherrym is the worst. I dont know how he can resist to so many powerfull moves and never dies and rises his team power by 50%) they are almost impossible to beat, he has so much luck. His Groundon didnt lost 1/5 of his life with my "Water Spout" with my Kyogre with full life. O.o

And he land 3 Criticals of 4 moves he uses

@TaliumBoys Use stone edge against Ho-oh. Unless your pokemon has bad atk stat, Ho-oh can be easily koed.

@serenacis If he uses Cherrim, the battle is very easy. Just focus on his other offensive pokemon. Physical attacks are the best, since flower gift only enhances special defense. Btw, the difference in pokemon is due to the version of the game you use. There are 3 different versions of his team.

I never will get tired of saying this:"PURE LUCK,LUCK,and more LUCK".jamie dude you made this to look so easy.I most of the times KO Kyogre and the other one mysterial sends first,and the other 2 KO me so easily(which usually are Palkia and Mewtwo).

the most effective weapon against mysterial is Blissey due to its high HP and high and sp def stats

i hate that battle because mysterial's kyogre is faster than mewtwo and lugia,when in the world could this happen?

i usually take 2 of his pokemon on every battle.one more fact that makes me lose is that almost all the attacks i recieve are CRITICAL HITS,and i dont have a single critical hit.=(.

sometimes i think i have to give up on retrying that battle.

I beat Set 8 Masters Battle without using single uber. But i couldnt have done it without blissey. You NEED blissey

Well, Groudon can be caught in Ruby/Saphire/Emerald, and then transported into Diamond/Pearl via Pal Park.

Lugia is available through a special event.
