Looks to me like the main issue that caused the crash was a stall caused by too high an angle of attack... I dunno whether it was the pilot, or the plane, but that was the issue that messed everything up.

This crash was caused by moisture on a sensor which caused the jet to receive inaccurate data. The aircraft crew believed the bomber had reached the takeoff speed of 140 knots when in reality it was traveling ten knots slower and rotated for takeoff. The malfunction also meant that the sensors showed the plane to be in a nose down position.

If like A7XC says is true and it was moisture causing faulty sensor data to feed automatic error correction adjustments in the flight assist computer. The accident was essentially caused by AI... Skynet i tell ya lol. But seriously, it was doomed from the start. If they turned off the flight assist computers the plane would have crashed due to its inability to maintain flight conventionally and with the flight computers on the same result. I just feel sorry for US tax payers loosing a toy.

If you look at the control surfaces, it looked like he had full right stick in it (but both clamshells were open), but the left wing dropped just before he could get it back down. I wonder if the speed brakes were closed and he also had full right rudder (opening the right clamshell) if it would have chaged the outcome? Oh well, at least they got out in time.

This was caused by a known fault in most advanced aircraft. there was moisture in the aricraft sensors and since the take off is assisted by the plane itself not just hte pilot it got it wrong because the sensors didn't give the correct reading therefore the aircraft titled more than likley because the sensor was reading that the aircraft was unstale and as we all know when it took off just beofre it was stable. the error is fixable but the solution was never written down.
