I didn't say they were not good vechicles, but any company that hides things from the consumer or follows their own agenda loses my respect. What I was getting at was Ford, Chevy etc. had MANY recalls some for the smallest things. The point is standards. For a number of years you never got a recall notice from Toyota or Saab etc. even though their stuff broke down just as much. I have friends that fix cars & Toyota wasn't excluded from the list.

Ofcourse retired persons need income, but they still get social security so its two incomes. Foriegn companies rarely pay after 5 years when a person leaves a company. It depends on how you look at things. Sure, you want to take care of the people who worked for you in the past, but if its going to hurt or ruin your company in the long run you need to do something about it. Hey people, what do you suggest for a reliable .22 pistol? I am trying to keep like calibers together in my SHTF plan. I need a good backup weapon for my .223 rifle and need some suggestions. I will also be getting finally a water filter and a repair kit for my rifle in my BOB by this weekend.
With .22 you would be more likely to kill someone, It's even often prefered as an assasin's weapon..
The problem is that ammunition doesn't have the stopping power of say even a 9mm handgun does, leaving the person trying to kill you more time to complete his task.
So he will die, just more slower & more painful.
The good points are the weapons ammunition is cheap & common, and a 22. pistol in your hand is a great way to deter violence before it can happen.
the .22 ammunuition "bounces around" inside the victem, causing more damage.
Something like a springfield semi auto 9mm is a good weapon for self/ home defence, 16 rounds per clip & you can change slips in only a second so buy extra clips .

With .22 you would be more likely to kill someone, It's even often prefered as an assasin's weapon..
The problem is that ammunition doesn't have the stopping power of say even a 9mm handgun does, leaving the person trying to kill you more time to complete his task.
So he will die, just more slower & more painful.
The good points are the weapons ammunition is cheap & common, and a 22. pistol in your hand is a great way to deter violence before it can happen.

Something like a springfield semi auto 9mm is a good weapon for self/ home defence, 16 rounds per clip & you can change slips in only a second so buy extra clips .
If you or anyone else is thinking of a handgun I'd suggest taking a gun safety class & if you already don't have morals - Get some...

I am 52 and paid taxes since I was 12. Don't blame a generation, blame the criminals. Americans need to unite and vote the criminals out. Don't make it an age issue. Only 49% o0f Americans pay taxes and I am one of them. I create jobs because I created a small business. I work to pay taxes 7 months. I am a veteran who risked my life and saw friends killed. What have you done so far?
