basically the spin that you do at 3:48 take your right leg and wrap your foot around the pole. it's a little uncomfortable but it looks really pretty then kick up into a windmill and into a gemini

I have a suggestion for a combo I like to do (i'm still perfecting it though)..

Mid-air invert to gemini to scorpio, back to gemini. Then you crunch up so that you are back to being right side up and go into the knee hold. From the knee hold you quickly go into a side hold then superman. From there I usually just fall off the pole, as I have only recently gotten my superman and it's not great yet. Hope this idea works for you!

All of this was so great! Suggesting new moves to you would be like me telling Michealangelo how to paint his front porch! Loved the sequence 50 to 1:09 because you go through a whole rotation in a sequence of moves. I'm always thrilled by the one armed hang/slide. Some cool moves I've seen lately: BEEZERNYC's pull up to the pole from the floor, on her stomach, Philly Instructors X-mas party "Angled Skywalk"--or bicycle (on my faves), that Aussie guy with the long long leg extensions on spin...

I only make it on stage maybe 5 times a night so im not constantly on the pole the whole 7hrs im working. Its definately worth the hard work most of the time though. As far as drinking goes, i cant do squat when i drink. I can barely walk much less work the pole in heels. Im one of the rare breeds of strippers who dont drink at work. =)

Thanks gal, the bright spotlights arent on when im actually dancing for customers. We only use them when we're taking pictures or taking video.

Thanks athena, i used to be able to do the splits when i was younger. Now im trying to stretch back into them.  Im close, but not close enough to look good. Thanks for the suggestion.

first, love your red hair under the club lights.

2nd , your routiene looks great, and really really fluid. Love that new move you made up, where you wrap your leg and then bend down and go into a forearm /spits grip.

also, if your just looking for new ideas, as far as entertaining in club atmosphere, my DJ has been playing 'enter the sandman' for me, and i start at the edge of the stage and climb backwards from the floor to the top of the pole, and i've been ending with the death lay.

Thanks girl. Dunno if i can do the death lay at the club. The ceiling is open rafters and the pole is attached to one of them. not much of a ceiling surface to to the death lay properly. yours looks great!!
