  • So I've been put in charge of making my dad a birthday cake today. I looked at the back of the box mix and it said 3 eggs... looked again and realized it said 3 egg whites! Then I freaked out.   • Good advice. I used to just crack it on the side of the bowl and pass it back and forth. People will undoubtedly say the method demonstrated in this video will take too long, but from personal experience, I can say that when separating eggs, patience pays off.

    And I getting your eggs to room temperature will help the white flow more smoothly by the way.

  • @Axion3812 im doing the same diet. appenrtly work out is only like 30 or 20% of what you see physcially as weight loss . the rest is what you eat. 5 times a day . the food you mention. maybe some protein or health bars as snacks before lunch and diinner. and breakfest being your biggest meal. should work i just started as well

  • I'm not a nutritionist so I can't give you a good answer. I'd say consult with your nutritionist or fitness instructor. From the point of view of a meal I'd say 2 to 3 would be fine. I think how much your consume has far more to do with your physiology, health, and program than simple number.

  • The more industrial processing involved the lower the freshness, taste, and nutritional value. This is generally true for all food products. The main benefit of the carton is convenience at the expense of a heavily processed and handled product. Nice exhaust! Peace!

  • Which is healthier? Egg yolks or Egg whites?

  • The yolk has more things in it that on their own would be considered "bad" to eat. However, the yolk also has way more good stuff in it than the white. So they are pretty much even. If you were on a restrictive diet the white would be safer to eat. For normal humans eating the whole thing would be best. Plus tasty!
