Install the game in other directory, i have same problems (no settings.ylm found on disk etc.) Install the game several times to find the problem (use w7).Change the directory when install the game like "C:\Users\Username\Documents" and NOT C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Driver San Fransisco

Do that if you don't find the settings.yml at first installation on "Express" directory of the game!!! Hope Help!!! Sorry For Language!!!... The game runs and it's ok now!!!

ok i fixed it, if anyone else has a problem when the ubisoft game launcher crashes. back up all your ubisoft files both in program files and appdata. then delete them and install driver.
