Well, most people don't exactly look sexy in their mugshot or drivers license photos. She's actually pretty average. There are very few women who look good in a photo with their hair unkempt, in bad fluorescent lighting, and without any makeup. The angle of the camera and her all-over-the-place hair also made her nose look too big.
