look up the irikandji box jelly fish it's less 1 cm long and has the tenticle of nearly 1 meter its tiny size and sting wont make you fell anything but after 30 minutes you begin to have headakes and then muscle cramping soon you will die but not because of it's venom but because the painful pain.
