you can eat both but you have to find out what you are not allergic to. that is tough but worth the effort.

I had watery stool for 10 days..Im a Dr..Nutritionist..no cramping, no loss of hunger, no fever, perfectly fine except for watery stool..I concluded I had a parisite..any other thoughts?
