There is nothing like a Parisian boulangerie/patisserie. When I was there last (01), I stayed on the rue Montmartre which has a slew of them. So delicious and the boulangers/patissiers take enormous pride in their work. Can't wait to go back.

everybody in France does that. Its customary, however in the west you grab the pussy. it is basically just a gesture of the standard french greeting are you fertile today, which is seen as very polite, and is especially practiced among the more rural population.

Freshly made headcheese is pretty good. It's just tiny shreds of meet pressed together with aspic. I would not try the stuff they pass for headcheese in a grocery store, though. Calves' liver is good if it is cooked properly.
