ABER DANN was ich an einem nachmittag gesehen habe hatt mich komplett geschockt fuck das war der pure warnsinn beim rauchen auf dem balkon sah ich zuerst ein leuchten in ner wolke dann kammen mehrere lichter die sich so eigenartig verhalten haben als ob es jemand mit nem fucking computer gemacht hatt das war so unwirklich und es waren VIELE....irgend etwas stimmt nicht seit dem sehe ich immer wieder so ne kommishe kake ..

The video simply isn't clear enough to make a definitive conclusion about what it is. Nothing about it specifically screams "this is from another world". I'm not saying it is man made or operated, but we can't tell for sure from this footage that it is not.

It looked like it was air driven and spinning.... If you go to Target you can buy a spinning air driven UFO for about 20 federal reserve notes... It did seem to be a more advanced model however.
