  • were are these guys from

  • @cooldaddy996 New Hampshire

  • The snare on the far left is my current drumline instructor! :) He's a great guy.

  • Such unnattractive tenor technique, not sure if this is the way they were taught or they are just bad, also tenor line seems like they play forte for days.

  • @RythmFanatic can you do better

  • @AmericanDroid Yes, but no use critiquing a drumline that doesn't exist anymore (playerwise) for all I know they could have gotten a new director/tech who uses a more comfortable/efficient style.

  • @AmericanDroid Yessir, I am fan of the french side of american grip but I have marched in lines that use a more german aproach to quads. This is pretty much completely german.

  • @RythmFanatic What?!

  • @AmericanDroid obviously not much of a drum guy, french/german is how far up or down your hands/palms are turned. If the thumbs face up more, it's french, and if the top of your hand faces up, its german. It goes alot more in depth than that, but thats the general idea.

  • @RythmFanatic oh okay...i am i drum guy but not a very good one

  • That's quite an ugly uniform lol, makes them look almost.. insect like

  • hell yeah - awesome

  • It's almost impossible to play more precise than this. I've been watching a lot of the USC videos and they're very good. I actually prefer this disciplined style much more. No extra movements, just killer drumming.

  • @SterlingRe dont watch colleges, watch bluecoats, blue devils, cadets, cavaliers, etc. these are even more precise and crazier than just diddles.

  • @mexicanpoptart17 watch vsu ( virginia state university ) they are bout as close to dci a college can get in hbcu

  • fanfarra ..ong crescer para o futuro

    vejam .....

  • Holy crap.....they looked like robots....so precise motions....*blinks* wow

  • how can you even say there not great??? that was epic, great form great everything. 2 thumbs up.

  • Thats some sweet insaness!

  • Nextlevalgamer25: yeah king Philip in mass. They are spectacular drummers, but in my comment I meant to say YOUR drumline, not our drumline. Easily the best scholastic drumline around. Besides umass amherst,

but their just a bunch of sexy bitches.

  • the base lines never get the credit they deserve. they are by far the coolest. i play quads

  • did anyone notice the car stop in the middle of the street??

  • @IH8SCHOOL777 it was a stop light bro

  • There basee drum splits make me soo horny<3

  • This is the kinda shit That gets me going!! :)

  • Okay seriously dude?

    It's open class drum Corp.

And unless you go to KP I doubt our drumline plays harder shit then that.

  • @Idn42 KP as in king philip high school in MASS??? cause they good drummers!!

  • dude. my highschool drumline plays harder stuff than this.

  • @klmsdrummer Even if they do...playing overly difficult music isn't necessary to have a good musical performance. id rather simpler CLEAN beats rather then play difficult stuff and have dirt.

  • at 1:10 i thought the one tenor player messed up but i looked again and they all did it and it kinda is cool. simple but cool.

  • sweet bassdrums!!!!

  • there are better ones but this is also good.

  • mulqueen

  • hahaha i like the snares' visual where they pretend to check their watches lol. very clean, that was sick!

  • That one guy behind the first set of snares with the cymbals looks constipated.. D:

  • my brother was in that video. i think he was the first base drummer. that was the season we had half the drum line staying at our house. GO SPARTANS!!!!

  • Hawt! The colors, rhythm and cool cymbal movement :o

  • THIS IS AWESOME!!!!

  • rock on Chris!!

  • @tbbucks10 wow your dumb this is The Spartans out of Nashua NH

  • @UJustR4pedMe Dude, you don't have to be an idiot about it. A simple this is The Spartans out of Nashua, NH would have been fine.

  • @tbbucks10 haha sorry bout that i was in a bad mood

  • @tbbucks10 don't think so. They wear military style uniforms with shakos and are green and white. MSU's dl is great though.

  • so incredibly clean

  • it sounds like they are just playing notes. its like there is no feeling in to this at all

  • Really nice

  • the guys who are playing the bass drums have pretty good chops

  • ehh its a little boring but there good

  • does anyone have the sheet music for this

  • Regards from Greece!!!!!

  • Sorry but this is extremely boring! Lots of good musicians, but this is not very musical.

  • great bass drum rolls! very well put together...

  • the snares had few fuzzy spots.

get as tight as tits man!

  • That was awesome

  • That was vicios

  • Vicios?

  • chris ball ftw.

  • i see Chris Ball i think

  • Really good! And they look really good in those uniforms!

  • its ok in my opinion

it sounds like they play a number of a certain song

  • they did awesome

  • second snare from the left, is that left hand slice?

  • i bet you feel proud of yourself for finding their mistakes. almost every drummer slices to some extent.

  • slice?

  • they look robot or something like

  • this video sounds amazing

  • SWEET ASS BASS LINE! Whoever tuned those basses is a beast. NICE bass rolls.... NOT ENOUGH camera exposure! :)

  • AGREED!!! Some of the nicest sounding bass drums I have heard in a long time. Great all around performance too.

  • what the homo? Stop watching the movie "Drumline" and watch some more drum corps!

  • @printablemichael yeah i agree with you men

  • @printablemichael I agree. I'm in a middle schoo drumline and were much more diverse the this not saying there bad. There good but not great.

  • @Gabrielask8 lol i bet pretty much no one from that movie could even play this stuff

  • damn there clean

  • hey lets not even look at the basses why dont we?

  • tight drums they got xD and they sound very clear too.

  • sweet, we had those uniforms in high school :) good thing we didn't have to wear the gauntlets

  • does any body have the sheet music to this??? or at least the snare line?

  • Three words - Tight Ass Line!

Those guys are great! Great skills = great sound!

  • damn, those drums are pretty.

  • 1:10 - 1:12 beautiful, nice firm turn, solid, just joyful to watch.

    overall, superb vid.

    Be well

  • absolutley crummy cymbal visuals if you ask me... i have seen better ones in a middle school drum line

  • I agree. Maybe it was early in the season. I marched in drum corps cymbal lines. Even a Division II that could destroy this cymbal line. It all depends on the instructor though.

  • awesome

  • this looks awsome.

gosh, i wish they did it in nz.

i would sooo have learnt how lol

  • Clean...

  • too bad. its sucks that they have to go down the toilet the year i decided to try out =/

  • Some pretty spankin clean spock rolls...snare line is not bad either

  • so uniform...

  • book is lame, but they're solid.

  • THIS IS DRUMLINE!!

  • nothing special.

  • Nice.

  • yeah, they're good but for a drum corps they are really nothing special.

  • it looks like its just a thrown together thing but im in a drumline and i kno how hard it is to get everyone in sync and to have music this complex...vix firth you have outdone yourself. congratz!

  • damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

    :D

  • Wow, they are like robots, Perfectlly in sync.

  • Who the hell isn't with vic firth? lol THEIR AMAZING! :D And these guys are pretty friggin awesome

  • VIC FIRTH is a maker of quality drumsticks.

  • Damn There Pretty Good

  • i like the design of the snare drums

    theyr sharp

    good sync

    fast hands

ill give it 4 and a half outa five

  • that was pretty good. especially how the executed every little movement. But I still think the U.S.M.C. Drum-line is better even though they are sorta different then all the others.

  • awesome drumming

    first class all the way

  • east coast jazz smoked them that year... their book was so much more difficult and as clean if not cleaner than this

  • shacabo, you obviously dont have an understanding of the american rudimental idium. Its alright... nobodys perfect.

  • Hot drumming and damned sharp uniforms. Very nice and good work.

  • it needs some hip or some jazz i mean boring:(

  • You know there's brass music that goes along with it, right?

  • like robots -_-

  • sick drumming

  • is that Mulqueeeeeeeeenn!!!

  • i think that tall guy marched Boston Crusaders in 07 and 08

  • yeah he was his name is jeff bickford. he also marches for United in the winter in which the past 2 years he has played his solo while flipping upside down and sideways in a huge harness.

  • Did Nike Hayden march in this line?

  • hahahaha look at that tall quints player... looks like they had to lower the carrier down a lot!!! ahahaha

  • they probably needed like...extensions to the j bars lol

  • there custom made... same ones he uses for indoor

  • i've never seen such a roboterlike perfection of moves!

    cool

  • where u guys frome

  • hey dumbass....this is no southern style, visuale, dirt core...this is reall druming this is drumcore.....even though these guys are a bag of shit lol its beats anything "y'all" play down there

  • Ja Ja, die Amis... zuviel Langeweile!!!

  • you do realize like 95% of all the best drummers like on SCV and Cavies and stuff are white, right?

  • do I hear a kill whitey

  • lol, who cares ? theyr awsumm.

  • fighting over the internet is like running the special olympics...Even "IF" you win your still retarded. :)

  • nice visuals with with cymbals!

  • I think Norfolk State University Spartans " MDFS" are much better. Check them out.

  • emm...ok 1 word....awesome !!!

  • This is an awesome drumline. Currently I am the only tenors player in my drumline. I am hoping to get a couple of scholarship offers like our old tenors player did. I would love to be apart of this drumline.

  • Yeah our HS has one quad[quins] player too.
