the join are made with steal of 0,3mm cut with a laser machine.

Thanks, what method did you use to fix all six struts together in the star formation(s)?

It's hard to see as it's so neat, and concealed from the eye. :)

I use the same method as the bigs domes of 6 or 7 meters diametre that you can see in youtube, the only difference evrything is smaler for the 1 meter, the screw have 3mm diametre.
