That's brilliant. Even if you're resting between cuts and takes, your endurance, flow, and confidence are really obvious. I've been strength conditioning for parkour these past 3 years, and only lately have I begun to really practice my flow. The video shooting and editing are also spot on.

@limpkik78: he's not King David, and that's all good. KD has an entirely different style and often a different focus. Both are physically very able and confident.
