@Tinytacohead NO, only bitter @ tamiya because they fucked over every collector. I made the decicion to drive this shelf queen. Putting less than a couple of hundred (i dont know where your getting ripped off for parts! $500???WTF) I have more parts than a Tamiya hobby shop anyway. I could build modify or Hop Up just about any TA- series vehicle. Fuk it aint that hard or expensive.

This is the Tamiya Pajero metal top wide. The yre-released them, but are now probly out of stock again. Tamiya do that. you'll have to maybe wait for the re-release/re-re-release. lol. They sell new for about $400. mods about $150. the song im not sure, i will try to find, its on youtubes free music list, as my original metalica song was reported by somebody for copyrigtht. crap! yeah but this songs good to chill for sure.

well i got this when they were a collectors and it was very expensive, however they re-relased the pajero. Bloody tamiya inc. So thats why i decided to drive it and mod it like it should be. battery power.

I have the real tyres on my toyota 4runner. Mickey Thompson Baja claws. They dig really well like the real things, and are also a soft tyre that performs well on rc. Mostly mainb reason i love scale RC!.

No i have done some extensive mods to the front IFS to gain height and travel, also the rear diff shock upper mounts have been relocated. I have locked the front and rear diffs, and also modify the motor mount to accept a small pinion for lower ratio crawling.

very very nice! did you do any modifications on the gears? or did you just put in a nice lathe motor? like a 30 turn +?

No lathe motor as of yet, but i do plan to put in a 55 turn itengy. I have modified the motor mount and put in the smallest pinion i could find, forget what size but its small. Has no top end and lifts a wheel of start with heaps of low down torque. thank you for your comment.
