Two bit gangs would lack the efficient logistics and networking of a major biker gang and therefore would probably sell drugs at higher prices, lower profit margins, and more diluted and poisoned product. The reason why Canada is a safe Haven for Criminals is because the Judicial System is slack, it's basically a 'catch & release system'. Judges & Prosecutors have no backbone and very little comprehension of reality...and then of course, Defence lawyers are defence lawyers. We should of been tougher on crime, especially Oragnized Crime over 30 years ago, then they would of never became as powerful as they are today. Two bit gangs would lack the efficient logistics and networking of a major biker gang and therefore would probably sell drugs at higher prices, lower profit margins, and more diluted and poisoned product. This would not solve the problem by far but it would hurt the trade itself all the way back to the producers of the product and all those invested.

Cartels are the most powerful organize crime group in the US, over Russain Mob, Traids, H.A. etc. If you don't agree, you don't know what your talking about and your probably just a fan of one of these crime groups. Cartels dominate the drug trade in 40 at of 42 states of the US and almost all Latin America (Canada not yet and won't be to hard).

According to the DEA, Mexican groups are now the dominant traffickers in every area of the country except the Northeast and Florida. In those areas they face stiffer competition from Colombian, Cuban, Asian, and Italian groups. And just for the record, there are 50 states in the U.S. Not 42.

Replacing bikers with more police is not going to change the facts. Police with their "code" and "Authority" are far more dangerous to society should they choose corruption. People are so addicted they will dedicate all there efforts to their vice and always find a way. Someone is going to be selling drugs. The Hells Angels have more integrity than any of the bureaucrats weve suffered of late.
