Dame Judi Dench as Grizelda Bone - she'd be a really good choice as grandma bone, I think she'd be able to pull it off really well.

Maggie Smith as Venetia - uhhhh...okay. personally I don't think she'd be very good as Venetia - maybe Eustacia, but if that's your opinion...

Helena Bonham Carter as Cook - another interesting pick here, but I think she could make it work.
