Real men do not need mods to drift in IV. The only thing that matters, is that you have to keep it on the first gear. It's actually very simple and easy to drift in IV without any mods.

just get Realistic Driving and Flying. it gives you the more realistic drifting. plus the handling for all vehicles (except those failboats) is redone from scratch and epic.
