@soulstag, Thanks for posting. It's actually the Creators. The Creators were HOWARD SCOTT and HAROLD BROWN, who started a band that we now call WAR. Unfortunately, their WAR name was underhandedly stolen from them by a former producer and they, along with 2 other original WAR artists (LEE OSKAR, BB DICKERSON) now call themselves THE LOWRIDER BAND. Don't let that name fool you though, THEY ARE STILL WAR.
