I own the echo-1 mkii and have yet had no problems, the receiver says UK arms so you got the a&k model. There's your problem.

diffrence between echo1 and a&k saw is nothing besides the marking on the side and about $100 same gear and everything

UK arms owns a&k, agm, cyma, and dboy, im pretty sure, so they probably sent you an a&k one, which the echo 1 is basically the same

I have this gun and I'm having trouble shootig it. It shoots fine but sometimes the bbs don't shoot out.

Make sure the barrel is lined up right take it out and you will see that there is a little strip or some ting like that on the end that goes in you will also notice a little spot where it slides in if you open up the top part line them up and it should work fine

Echo 1 sucks, this trigger jam is VERY common (almost a MUST BE), I know because I own one of these m249 and REGRET buying this piece of crap. My advice, NEVER buy from Echo 1, better go with tokyo mauri or classic army, it may be more expensive but it's worth.
