The NPC's who will live here are extremely inefficient. They built a glorious fountain and a giant library before they even finished the castle, and the under-construction wall at 17:13 in the back-right corner looks like the LEAST efficient way of building a wall, ever, although I don't study architecture, construction, etc., and may be wrong.
