I wouldn't say Christine was the best song composer of Fleetwood Mac. What a dumb thing to say. All 3 brought something different to the group, and they all complimented each other well.
She does compose their best songs. She truly is a 'Perfect' songwriter. Even though they're still great, Fleetwood Mac just isn't Fleetwood Mac without Christine. I've said it many times an you'd be surprised how many people agree! Christine was smart to retire. Stevie's voice is gone and she should retire. Maybe they all should.
@HughWheelerDrums I know, but she lost her voice probably 18 years ago, There's a reason they need 3 back up singers. I saw her in concert recently only because my wife is a big fan, but even she agreed she's totally lost her voice,
Christine had that piano rocking on this song. So underrated, she wrote the best pop songs this group ever had. They had to have known this song was going to be a BIG hit.
@bogan63 This is not a concert, it's just a promo video filmed in Paris at Le Zenith, 14 april 1977, but the concert happens on the same day and place. I think they recorded at the soundcheck
It seems just just about every Rock band circa 1976-1978 had a white guy with an afro and beard (i.e. Lindsay Buckinham in Fleetwood Mac, Jeff Lynne in ELO, Don Henley in the Eagles, Etc.). It was hot a look back then.
Lindsay Buckingham is just amazing. The way he plays a 6 string much like plucking a bass is just incredible. This band has so much talent, today's rock just isn't the same.
Sadly, not all of us are able to by things over the net (Yet).thanks for replying, but hey, have a bit more faith in our youth!.Not all of them are mindless dorks, only about 90% of them, and It has always been thus!.
Mmm.I know its hard to feel sorry for a millionare, but i think history has short changed Lindsey.
His music, both in writing and preforming has never been less than inspirational.I believe that a lot of his recent stuff is of a very high standard.he is still at his best, but I can't seem to be able to legally buy his more recent solo records anywhere!.

Christine Mcvie at her blistering best on this track. She was vastly underrated by the
General Public......But she was totally respected within The Group for her creativity...
You can actually feel the natural chemistry between her and Lindsey Buckingham, musically,on this track.
Thanks Gal.

When I failed in an entrance exam for medical school 30 years ago, I listened this song everyday. It makes me nostalgic for bittersweet days.

To this day, I still believe that Lindsey Buckingham had better chemistry with Christine McVie than Stevie Nicks.

A ridiculously talented band
3 tremendous singer/songwriters....a great rhythm section and one of the best guitarists in the history of rock
Add Stevie's iconic image into the mix and you have one of the greatest groups to ever walk the earth

Peter Greens Fleetwood Mac was brilliant innovative, and erratic.
