@oceantrolls73 The paper just serves to create a reduction atmosphere in garbage cans. Anything flammable will work for this purpose. Sometimes you do get marks from the materials in the cans, but normally with stiffer materials like straw or small wood pieces.
is infusing the ink from paper onto hot clay the objective of this process? sorry i am new to pottery and have no clue. TIA.
