Oh god I hate this music so much. It's creepy and scary and it curdles my blood. It's been designed to freak me out, and it does. It makes me feel like part of me is dying, like I'm being slowly asphyxiated of the very air that I breathe. I hate it so much I cannot put it into words. Thank you.

It fills me with dread and tears the very hope from my soul. It's the whistling mainly. Maybe uncle Freddy whistled something like it when he did things to me, I don't know.

As a autistic 16yo, this advert makes me want to kill myself. It ruins the historical features of Carlisle station and it just looks vile. I'll admit though that it would make anybody's house nice. This was quite an extreme makeover!! When I got off the train I felt like we had got off at the wrong station or that I was in another world, it was really surreal!! It's nice to see the final advert! But a real shame the station doesn't still look like this!!
