@firegirl5954 No it couldn't, I don't know what size or how many batteries these use, but I suspect it only runs on about 3 to 6 volts DC, so it couldn't electrocute you unless you did something really stupid and connected it to a mains power point.

@electronic4evr Haven't you got one of these things? I didn't know it could play music as well as sound like an imitation Furby. This is simply a matter of opinion, but I think it's anything but cute, and I'm not just saying that because of the switches etc, but I'm not trying to be personal here. Just how big is that toy supposed to be? It looks pretty big in this video. I'm not quite sure what to make of this, it's interesting, but personally I don't recommend circuit bending.
