  • its like a japanese accent mixed with an english accent

  • your voice sounds electronically tuned. do you have a false voice box or are you foreign, from a place that the language isn't from latin?

  • so where part two?

  • i <3 ur accent!!!

  • hmmm.......sexy voice. Are you asian ?

  • If you're gonna do like use the lasso tool for a big area, it might be easier to use quick mask instead.

  • make part 2

  • is that adobe photoshop (sorry can't spell) if it is... what version ???

  • @TheSmileyMiley1 She seems to be using CS3. CS5 just came out but I sill use CS4, I am sure you can manage this tutorial even with CS2

  • @Meltedsnake4 she is using CS2 and yes you can manage this toturial with CS2

  • @ 6:02 You Can Right Click And Fill I Discovered It By Myself When I Forgot The Bucket Tool

  • this is kaidoh? xD where is his stance, his evil face and his bandaga D:

i like him more this way

  • Nevermind...I answered my own question. I was messing up because I'm a retard and didn't put the opacity up. Durrr...sorry. Lol.

  • After I lasso the area in which I want to color...I clicked the paintbucket to paint it. Once I click on the image with the paintbucket tool it doesn't paint it...at all...it's still white no matter how many times I click or change colors...what am I doing wrong? D:

  • I need help..the paint bucket tool isnt in the bar, What do i do?

    (Photoshop cs2)

  • @wartortle577 you can see that in the toolbox by the paint bucket theres a little 'drop down' arrow. try going to the same arrow (even if the paintbucket isn't the main icon that is there) it should be in the drop down menu. hope I helped !

  • @wartortle577 right click the gradient tool and drop down menu will com out with the paint bucket and gradient tool in it

  • Thank you, this really helped :)

  • After I click off laso and go to the paint bucket I get a hand tool and I am unable to use any other tool except the hand tool. What can I do to fix this issue? u.u;

  • Try cliclink Control (CTRL) or Alt, it should work.

  • I sorry, I mean CLICKING*

  • great skill of coloring lol (and beautiful voice you have)

  • Part 2... Gr8 tuts.

  • One thing- my thing doesn't have a paintbucket tool. I'm using Photoshop CS3 on a mac, where's the paint bucket?

  • ohmygosh ! i just came from your video with the REALLY low audio. and my volume was all thee way up. hahahaha. that was scaryy. lmfao. nice videooo :)

  • @tsubasa6795 aahahaha Me too man!! I was watching video with Low Volume and she said: Turn up it ... when i change video im scared LOL.

  • @tsubasa6795 MOOO HA HA! My heinous plan works!

  • I also colorize manga pictures too but i prefer selecting things with a magic wand and then colorizing it with a photo filter.

  • this my be the way you do things, but it isnot the easierst. first off you dont have to have your "skinbase" layer on multiple it needs to be UNDER your lineart layer! always. its a very fine rule for artists to use and utilize because if you dont it will cause some problems down the road, and secondly when your making a tutorial you shouldnt use alt or shif commands when teaching others, it too complicated. to really teach new things about a program you should use the tools it gives you.

  • that'll work if you've drawn your lineart in photoshop, but if you put the manga scan on top of the colors nothing will show through. The white areas are part of the scan as well.

  • how would ya color a manga scan?

  • what? that's what this video is about.

  • what problems will it cause? and if it dus cudnt u just mave the layer?? also the alt and shift comands are the tools it gives you, srrsly, no joke :L....... its just shortcuts to make it easier, and if you going to learn how to cg then ur probably gna use the shortcuts so whats the harm??

  • thanks u help me alot :) i watched more than 10 videos on this but they didnt explain well :/ until now i learned thanks again and keep up the good work on ur videos :)

  • YOU SOUND LIKE RACHEL ALLEN :D

  • Nah, Rachel Allen is infinitely snottier and with a more fake, affected accent.

  • ^^ can wait for part 2^^

  • Wow! You make it look so easy! I will be forever looking at this video when I use Photoshop. Btw, which Photoshop did you use?

  • Use the magic wand to choose large sections. ctrl and shift to subtract and add sections to the selection area.

  • i think its alt(-) and shift(+) instead of ctrl and shift..

  • Your Voice Is Fucking SEXYY!!

  • It sure is!!!!

  • you're awesome you helped me heaps! can you do a video of how to put shading and stuff in because i don't really understand that. thanks so much!

  • I have to say I learned a few things, and was just absolutely simple and helpful to follow. Thank you very much :)

  • ..very simple.. but helpful.. thanks..

    God bless you more!

  • can you choose a different mode in a different layer without changing the mode of your other layers?

  • you coloring is very simple

  • very Nice :) This was very helpful :)

  • do u have to do screening first or base colour first? im confused... which is easier?

  • "blak line" ^^

That made me laugh. Btw nice tut

  • easiest tutorial ive ever come across- thanx!

one thing - do u have to do the foreground first or can u do the background first?

  • It doesn't really matter what you color first not for me at least.

  • Thank you so much :)

I've been trying to work with a lot of tutorials and I always manage to do something wrong, but this is the first time that I can work with cs2.

    All thanks to you ^^

Have you uploaded the second part yet?

    :3

  • yay i get it now i kept screening instead of using the multiply thing

lasso is a good idea too

  • This is really great!! Wow

Most tutorials just show their work, and they don't tell how to do this and that. It's especially hard for newbies who are new to the program. ;x

  • Where`s part two? ^^

  • what does the laso do?

  • your voice is very cute! anyway, thnx 4 uploading the tutorial video! there r a lot of things i want to know about using photoshop...

  • Actually, it's just a little over 144,000 views your first video <3

Your tutorials are so much fun!

I can't wait to get my talbet pen and start actually using this knowledge xD

  • Perfect turtorial. Just what I needed! Thank you!!

  • thanks for the good tutorial, but where is part two of this one?

  • You Are simply the best. Thanks Sooooooooooo Much!!!!!Love the video.

  • This is a great tutorial, quite useful. One thing: could you use the magic wand to select the areas or is the lasso tool absolutely nessessary?

  • thnaks for this tut, it was very entertainingto watch :D very useful

    *faves and subscribes*

  • I like your tutorials, keep it up ^^
