  • If your flexibility is good enough and you have a in-human level of control over your body you can unlock your knee and ankle and extend them and cause your muscles to vibrate to loosen the grip to not only break free but reverse it.

    I suggest you only use ^ in a kill or be killed situation if your unsure about this...

    u need put yours legs behind the legs of your opponent, coz this way the opponent can go out for your lock very easy!!!!
