  • also, my friend said that forearms grow proportional to grip strength and all other arm exercises. is that true?

  • @varun009 I really don't know....It sounds sensible but I'm not sure

  • I would kill to have your waist. I have a good chest, arms, legs, ass, etc., but my waist has this slight pudgy look that I just can not get rid of. If I diet to lose weight I get skinny everywhere BUT there, and if I change my diet to add good calories, guess what, it all gets stored on my waist. Situps are useless. Around my navel about 3 inches on each side and about an inch on top and bottom I call my litle loaf of bread that just won't go away. One day I'm going to have it sucked out!

  • WTF is that noise??

  • @budha83321 Its the camera readjusting focus lol, sorry

  • no pecs no latts no back looks like you only do arms and your triceps arnt even that big..

  • 100% perfection and superiority!!!

  • i'm not an expert on bodybuilding, but it's obvious you have a very nice, strong body, hope you are still at it...good luck to you.

  • Awesome. I like a real man.

  • Cracking natural mass. keep it up. inspirational.

  • HOT MUSCLE BOD, BRO. BIGGEST BICEPS PEAK EVER

  • Superb. Great body and goodlookin boy.

  • pretty boy

  • gorgeous!!!!!

  • YouTube kept telling me to come watch this video. Wow hot. Ok. Bye.

  • and how long have you been training

  • @kamikaze949 Couple of years

  • good work but I am shure there is some potential left that needs to be activated.....

  • Perfect biceps .......... you know how to show them . ! regards from Argentina

  • Nice work dude. Huge arms but maybe more pec work? But very good. How tall are you?

  • @76malibu81 thanks. Yeah this is a bit of an older video, I've put on some pec size since then. I'm 5ft 10in

  • steve from jackass with anabolic

  • @kamikaze949 Well I can't say about the Stevo thing, but no anabolics here my friend, so don't assume.

  • Not bad ,not bad...good work!!!!

  • :)

  • you look like steve O, but with much more muscle haha, good job buddy

  • @Sizerian no, I made a mistake, when I replied I thought you were somebody else, my bad.

  • Hey Ian, thanks a lot for that feedbacks today which I am sure it will aid me. In one of them you mention that you will use supplements later on. It is very thru that some people abuse certain products, and I am researching about it. About the diet, I am measuring the number of calories in each meals, while I calculate the calories I might be able to burn. Well, take care and hope to keep contact you soon.

  • Wow Ian that's a lot of work you do!! and you can reflect it on your body that's good. Keep the good work. A question so you don't take those famous protein shakes? and things like that?

  • @LinSF03 Right now i'm fresh back in the gym after a few months of dealing with some very serious health issues, so just food for me at the moment...i'll start protein supplementation soon though.

  • Looks great!

  • Awesome flexing!

  • how do you keep your bmi so low? also do you do low weight high rep sets?

  • @luckskill Hmm, well my bmi is actually not that low. technically according to my bmi i'm overweight. I don't really like the whole bmi scale. Bodyfat percentage and visuals are better for determining fitness, especially in bodybuilding.

As for weight and reps, when my body can handle it, i like to go heavy. I LOVE the 5-8 rep range. The only thing is i have bad joints and sometimes the heavy weight can strain my shoulders and knees and stuff, so i'll go lighter too. I do both.

  • Hello, I am posting a message regarding nutrition. I just wanted to know what supplement do you take ? Would be thankful to receive any suggestion.Well, I hope you recover from any injuries be able to accomplish in your career.

  • @MrElsociopata Right now, i don't take any supplements since i'm fresh back in the gym lifting heavy again after a couple difficult months. But eventually i'll take protein shakes, creatine maybe, probably a multivitamin, and maybe even a pre-workout drink mix. Thank you!

  • Hey Ian nice body that you have. I hope that you recover.

  • @MrElsociopata Thanks a lot!

  • Damn--I cant believe everyone attacks like a bunch of dingos...you are fantastic

  • @okrangler9 I really appreciate it! Hopefully soon i'll get back into the groove of things and make my comeback;-) Thanks!

  • natural my ass

  • @autobahn8122 What makes you so doubtful? I'm by no means the largest natural, so you might have a misconception of what is obtainable naturally...

  • Quick question to what you guys call Natural! Do you take Whey Powder? If so, then thats not natural on my book. That shit jacked my weight from 150 to 160lbs in a month and thats not natural to me considering i can only gain 10lbs or less in a year. After i quit, my body went back to 150lbs and with the right food i've maintained 153lbs and have slowly increased my lifting power. Being natural doesnt exits anymore in this world we're living in. Everything has been juiced up, unfortunately :(

  • @RigsPGT I don't mean to sound rude, but whey powder(if that's all it was) will NOT jack your weight up 10 lbs in a month muscularly. Protein simply does not "jack up" anything. It helps to build muscle gradually. I don't know what exactly you did, but your ten pound gain was not just some extra whey protein. And since it sounds like you lost it all when you stopped, I am convinced there was something else involved....

  • @Sizerian

I was eating food and taking whey but now I'm maintaining 155-156 lbs with only food. Nothing else has changed in my diet actually I've stepped up cardio to 2-3 days per week running 3.3 miles (from home to gym), working out and running back home and still holding the weight fine. At first I thought I'd drop a few lbs but it looks like my body is happy with it. By Jacked up i mean there could be so many chemicals in the powder that we dont know despite the advertising in them.

  • @RigsPGT Well I suppose that it's not impossible that there is more in over the counter whey products than advertised....but i have never experienced anything even remotely approaching any sort of 'jacking up' due to the whey i've taken. I think it's unlikely that a company would put steroids in it's whey protein just to give it a boost and then sell it at a simply whey price. If caught, there would be ruin. Plus I've asked several doctors and they say whey is fine and without foreign 'extras'

  • just work on your abs and chest more u would look perfect

  • @S65606 Thanks for the advice! I'm fat right now, gotta clean up the diet to get those abs;-)

  • he actually HAS Lats but he doesnt know how to contract them to show them to the camera. So he just LOOK like he has none.

  • this guy looks amazing!!!!!

  • hey Ian, for me you have the perfect body. dont get me wrong.. i am THE man among man and normally i dont say stuff like this to another man haha. i want to transform my body exactly to your body. this is my goal.long way to go haha :-)). greetings from munich-citeey!

  • @TopStyleX Hey thank you! Everyone wants something different it seems. I want to improve some things just like you do. Hell the best bodybuilders in the world have 'weaknesses' that they want to improve....

  • wow! you're so sexy!

  • @jensexyyy Well thank you lol!

  • i think it is gd to see sum1 making progress, yes he is natural easily say that, lats are hard to grow, mid traps also looked small. But yes natural bbuilding no such thing, but then if you do not think a capitalist society has nothing to do with politicians lying and business owners taking amphetamines to stay awake to work harder doesn't happen your a muppet. as kai saids "you have save your own life".

  • YOU ARE FUCKING GORGEOUS AND SEXY BRO.

  • A TA BOM QUE UM TRAPÉZIO DESSE É NATURAL!!! DURATESTON NA CERTA , CONHEÇO DE LONGE!!!

  • @mateus153 I don't know what that means but i'll say thank you!

  • Glad to see you love yoursel that much to even think others will, it don't matter how big you are or what you use keep it to yourself and off the tube coz damn when I read that 5ft 10inch thing I thought damn is that the size of your penis because then you have got an issue friend, that muscle wont grow with bodybuilding!!

  • @Criterism I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say here lol.....

  • you need to work on your chest big time,

  • @readynow12345 In this video, i admit my chest was lacking. I've since made great improvements, i think!

  • Nice arm but i bet that the most of your trainings are in your arms

  • @erwin280 No actually. But i get that a lot. I do about twice as many sets on my other body parts as i do on my arms. They just seem to grow a lil faster than everything else.

  • very nice

  • Wow. Why would you want to change anything ? Arms are huge. Have you measured them ? everything else looks lean & hard.

  • @62view i haven't measured my arms in years. I honestly don't know what they measure....

  • can you wrestle?

  • @MrBaddel77 I think so.....

  • The video is good. Nice body bro keep it up your an inspiration for beginners like me in body building. I just want to share it to you guys about a link of a site that gives workout plans and information you could use on how to gain lean muscles and achieve a lean muscular look that most of us guys wanted. The best thing its all FREE. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • yes....but will they blend?

  • @Xlilemo I've wondered the same thing actually.

  • good arms, not bad shoulders,am asuming the reason why he hasnt got a good chest is coz of the shoulder opps and probs he mentioned.

  • @01jonnybhoy You know, that could be. But I think my chest just doesn't like to grow. I've had to really battle with it and piss the pecs off week after week to get them to respond lol

  • =)

  • natural vor allem haha

  • cleancut look

  • im bigger then him and so much younger

  • @MiguelMateo Good job.

  • lol, this is a "bodybuilder"? where are his legs? i actually believe he's all natural, i mean god his body is attracting all the 13 year old chicks in the neighborhood!!!! hello jersey shore...oh wait...no tan!

  • @mfarmer1421 hmmm, thanks i guess.

  • Come on people lol he's clearly natural...just look at him...

No disrepect Sizerian! but to think you have to be on something to look like you do...is really sad. What are the people thinking..

  • @cabal456 I wholeheartedly agree. no offense taken. I know i'm not the biggest guy, but i enjoy the journey of getting bigger, even if it takes a long time. :-)

  • nice arms!

  • when I watch this dudes i feel sad because i think that I'm fat. Damn!

  • no chest

  • Today natural means no gh + slin

At pretty much every natural competetion i see BBs with gyno, sorry but these competitions are a joke

  • @Schnitzelfreaks Hey I appreciate the comment...but since I haven't done a competition yet how can bodybuilders compete in a natural competition if they do a polygraph test and a steroid test? I'm confused?

  • @Sizerian You can make sure your body is clean at the day of the competition or simply use roids for which there is no testing

    Also gh cant be tested

Anyways these gynos are there EVERY time, but im not saying you arent natural

  • @Sizerian Steroid tests are tested at a kinda high level. I don't remember the exact numbers but natural or norm test/est is 1:1 but it is not out of question for someone to naturally have 3:1. SO... you can't kick that guy out for having high natural test levels. So they consider anythnig higher than 5:1 test/est levels overboard. Again. This numbers are not accurate. Just giving an idea of how it is done.

  • @Sizerian you are 100% natural, its easy to see, roid has a different look, for example that phony fuck in the video "400 meter sprint" is 100% on roids yet claims to be natural, you are natural, he is not.

  • @Sizerian Thats very simple, you can use steroids for many years, wait 1 or be save 1,5 years and go compete in a naturel contest. You stil have the muscle mass.

  • @Schnitzelfreaks I wouldn't go as far as calling them a joke. Anyone getting into BB should go do a natural show first. Jumping into the NPC or other shows that are obviously filled with massive amounts of Test are a turn off for someone getting their feet wet. Gotta start somewhere.

  • nice arms?

    no chest/lats

    hows the legs

  • @ChintzySword Exactly what I was thinking. Gotta get the lats up. They are what makes you look big!! NIce arms and delts tho.

  • @ChintzySword This is an old video of me....i've filled out more. My chest has really improved, lats are a tough area for me...they don't like to grow. I've really started beating the shit out of them to try and make wings lol.

Legs are okay, definitely need to be bigger if i want to be competitive tho.

  • nice arms ! :)

  • whats your waist size just wondering?

  • @fordvic No clue actually, far too big right now obviously. I'd like be like 28 or 29 inches onstage but i don't know that my genetics and build would allow for that...

  • @Sizerian No if you lose or gain any bodyfat you won't look as good or as - idk - HEALTHY as you did in this video, of course you won't score on stage, plus you would need a tan and a wax, but that's just how bodybuilding works, I'm not a fan of bodybuilding for that reason, they don't care if you look GOOD per say, the judges expect you to look like a freak.

  • @fordvic I have no idea actually lol

  • nice arms and lat great shoulders but less chest

  • @4w0ken I agree, at the time. But since this vid, I think i've really improved my chest mass and thickness. Thanks

  • Respect dude. I don't have as many problems as you and yet i don't have records that look like that. Congrats for the shape and good luck in the future ,i wish you health and all the good shit you want in your life.

  • i can say he is natural

  • Looking great!, I'm encouraged and motivated to see a good role model demonstrating the potential of Natural Bodybuilding. Can you include current weight and proportions in your videos? Thanks & Good Luck!!

  • good job!

  • Big arms... and that's about it. Undersized pics, bad posing, too much body hair. A little too fat.

  • @xxxDAPROBLEMxxx Where do people like you get the idea that your egotistical critiques don't come off as 100% retarded. What standards are you comparing to; he's not competing yet and men are supposed to have body hair, unless you like looking like a plucked chicken. I agree his body isn't balanced to winning standards, but holy shit do you ever come off an an arrogant ass. And if you're hot enough to give a comment like that, I would hope you're good enough to receive a comment like this.

  • Your muscles are amazing and i cannot thank u enough for not shaving ur pits, God put them there for a reason and they look good on u:)

  • Flawless! :)

  • Perfect!! :)

  • NICE BODY, GOOD DEFINITION, WHAT IS YOUR DIET? AND HOW LONG DO THIS?

  • @MAUCHOMTY Well my diet has been what we call SHIT lately. haha it's not very good. But when i filmed this i was eating alot of chicken and oatmeal. Sometimes ground turkey and peas or potatoes.

I've been lifting somewhat for 8 years and seriously for probably about 6 years.

  • @Sizerian thanks for replying friend, will consider your comment because I have problems with volume up despite taking protein, creatine, etc.. I have 2 years of training and my body has changed from 114 lbs went up to 141 I am 5 feet tall but I want more volume particularly in the legs.

  • @Sizerian Batatinnhaaa means to say, 'where is your chest', and I agree, much biceps for 'little' chest...

  • @mlocoo I'm working on it:-)

  • at least he doesn't claim to be 15 ;)

  • Huge biceps and triceps dude! Great definition! Work on your abs and pecs and you'll be perfect!!

  • @yougior Thank You!

  • nice keep up the good work and dont think about d using steroides

  • smile man :)

  • and your rear tricep is small too.

  • lol no chest, back or lats

  • @quintanajosiah Things change....

  • srsly no chest no back prbly no legs only arms!

  • @moj0123456790 things change things change;-)

  • good arms but they are out of proportion with your small chest and back. and i assuming there is a good reason why we dont see your legs

  • are you on pro homones

  • @kibz4Fame Nope

  • hey man u should hit the gas hard - u could be a pro!!

  • work on getting that chest thicker and back wider man. arms are great

  • Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help with posing....i need to come up with a great routine that compliments my shape and form, 60 seconds long. I'm wanting something kinda throwback, old school classic routine, but now sure. I have a competition(my first) in October, and want to present well. Any advice or help with posing would be greatly appreciated!

  • wow dude massive arms man

  • I am enjoying your natural, drug free goodness! Two thumbs WAY up!

  • your shoulders are like cannon balls... good work bro

  • @uninc2684 i'm never satisfied with my shoulders. i want them to be mountains lol!

  • Hey Bro you look good, arms, back, and shoulders look great. Build up your abs a little more, and stay away from bench presses and stick to dumbells for chest. But you look great, my best best lifts are 305 bench, 225 shoulder press, haven't squatted past maybe 250-275 and haven't deadlifted over 315 Have metal in my leg from my knee to my ankle from getting ran over by a drunk driver... I'm 178 working on bulking prolly at about 9-10% right now but I stay lean easy and am usually <8% at 169-173

  • @chrisw531 Sorry to hear about the leg, glad to hear it doesn't stop you.

Yeah I'm 220 right now, and I'll be competing this October in the Light Heavyweights...hopefully...it'll be a challenge to get below 198 but I'll make it happen...will be shooting for 4% bf

  • @Sizerian Sweet bro you can do it. Just push through the carb depletion and stay postitive. 4% totall within reach for u, when u plan on starting cutting?

  • @chrisw531 Cutting now actually, about 13 weeks out...giving myself extra time to get lean cuz I know I won't be the biggest guy but if I can balance decent size with killer conditioning, I'll put up a fight

  • looking sharp man, great body, keep it up!

  • impressive arms man

  • Great body. Do more chest and back deltoid for maximum sexiness (no homo)

  • @MrMusicking22 Not sure what that was supposed to mean...are you saying that anything that gives you a "boust"/boost is inherently unnatural? That's ridiculous. Sure there are limits to "natural", and those are subjective for the most part, but I think it's an untenable position to say that anything that gives you a boost or all supplements that aid in recovery and growth are unnatural. If you really believe this that's fine but it's the minority opinion...and not an opinion I care to entertain

  • @Sizerian how is creatine natural? do you even know what natural means? where is creatine found in nature?

  • @pumitaproductions it's found in every type of meat there is, larger quantities in red meat like beef. And what 'natural' means IS subjective when it comes to bodybuilding.

  • @Sizerian Ian, mate these retards obviously dont know what there on about..creatine is formed 'NATURALLY' in the body from amino acids, and supplementing it is therefore 'NATURAL'...keep doin what ur doin bro n keep it natural!!

  • @tangoray187 Thank you for the encouragement brother!

  • @Sizerian oh ok :P you look great btw (no homo)

  • @Sizerian lets not forget that its also made by our bodies every day. how much more natural does it get?

  • @MrMusicking22 If that's what you think then I think you are ignorant and naive. Creatine Monohydrate is as 'natural' as vitamins.

  • @Sizerian Exactly. Its just an amino acid you can find in food. My ignorant sister says its a "drug" and im a "drug addict"

  • @Baller527 I'm sorry....but sorrier for your ignorant sister haha;-)

  • yum

  • Wow that's an amazing body, Hopefully one day I can be at least lean Congrats on your good dedication!!

  • Outstanding delts and arms, particularly biceps. Great work, bro.

  • if youre really completely natural you have my respect! i hate steroids :D

for the next video pls shave ;)

  • see there is no need to really get bigger then that.........

  • amazing! what are your tricep routines like?

  • @n8vdescent I usually do them after heavy compound presses like shoulder presses and bench presses. I'll usually superset them with either lateral raises or chest flyes. Lately i've been doing tricep cable pressdowns and then going straight to dips. Supersetting the two....i love it.

  • not natural

  • @POZDRAW It is actually...I don't know why you say I'm not, with apparent certainty, but there are alot of naturals who are bigger than I...I was only 190ish in this video anyway...

  • @Sizerian Because i never seen any natural bodybuilder thats as big as you... and go look at natural champions.. they train for 15 years. and u are too young 24 and so big? natural... And the weights you're lifting "515 lb deadlift, 475 lb squat, 410 lb bench press, and 270 lb shoulder press" its sooo huge weight even for powerlifters, without roids i dont think u can achieve it... well if u are natural than you have better genetics than Alexey Lesukov, but somehow we never seen u so far?

  • @POZDRAW There are naturals who are 210 lbs onstage at my height...not many, but there are some. If I'm lucky, I'll be 195 onstage this year....so i think you need to get out more and see some real naturals, because you're underestimating what is achievable naturally. I honestly don't care if YOU believe me, but I don't like the fact that you're spouting lies about what is possible and impossible without knowing me or those like me personally

  • @POZDRAW he IS natural you noob, roids has a certain look, way lower bodyfay, extreme vascularity and "balloon muscles"

  • @Sizerian well then good job... but honestly your chest is your weakest part, it will be bigger once your body fat gets lower, a lot bigger.. but still. And how long you're into bodybuilding?

  • @POZDRAW I know this, as well as my lats...and I've worked very hard on both for the last 6-9 months. I've been lifting casually since i was a teen, and focusing on bodybuilding for the last 3-4 years. Thanks

  • @POZDRAW

    he is natural

    clearly you are clueless...

  • I'm,

    Years old:15

    Weigh:174lbs

    bench:270lbs

squat: 420lbs and all natural and only worked out for 3 years.

  • @KNGM247 bullshit your a dumb ass im 17 and i max 225 on bench and im the strongest sophmore at my school your a straight up liar

and for all you guys who think creatine and protein is not natural u guys are idiots because your body naturally makes creatine. and protiens are in food.... and this guy had to take a pro hormone or somthin
