hey i need ur help, i waz messing with da contrast on the tv and i made the screen black , and now i cant see the menu list , im trying 2 put da contrast back 2 normal or reset picture settings. would u b so kind to write me the tv menu list aka when u push the menu button the list that comes on and the list under picture settings , ps if u can do it asap id b thankful itz my only tv and it suckz not being able 2 watch it
There's probably a way, but I'm not sure how the whole menu on this works and I'm willing to bet something bad *will* end up happening...
I also no longer have this TV set so I can't really try anything either. Check the link in the description, that might have something you can read up on.
You must have it plugged in with an RF modulator then, which is the one cable wire instead of the three wires going directly into the TV. This model of TV only has a coaxial cable input on the back, nothing else.
Tune the TV to either channel three or channel four, then turn on the console.
It should be a video mode then, not the channels. I don't know why it's not doing anything when you select it. Try the button for "video" or "input" on the TV itself.
there is no input or video button on the tv it only has MENU CHAN ^ CHAN DWN VOLUME ^ VOLUME DWN AND POWER . DOES YOUR TV HAVE THE INPUT OR VIDEO ON THE TV??

what do i press so i can see the picture of my x box 360

You mean to play it?
Turn it on and press either "input" or "video" on your TV. If you're using component wires, look for a "component" or "YPbPr" mode.

Is the console hooked up to your TV set with the one cable wire, or are three wired plugged right into the back of the TV?

No, it doesn't. So how can three be plugged into the back? Is it plugged into a little box that leads a cable wire into the TV?
