  • im trying to set mine to video mode to play my xbox 360...is that possible?

  • how will it break just wondering

  • What kind of Television service do you have? Comcast DirecTV or something else?

  • Is there anyway i can fix my overscan problem with this menu?

  • There's probably a way, but I'm not sure how the whole menu on this works and I'm willing to bet something bad *will* end up happening...

I also no longer have this TV set so I can't really try anything either. Check the link in the description, that might have something you can read up on.

  • what do i press so i can see the picture of my x box 360

  • You mean to play it?

Turn it on and press either "input" or "video" on your TV. If you're using component wires, look for a "component" or "YPbPr" mode.

  • its not on the tv though its the exact tv as yours and i press the tv/video button on my remote but nothing happens

  • You must have it plugged in with an RF modulator then, which is the one cable wire instead of the three wires going directly into the TV. This model of TV only has a coaxial cable input on the back, nothing else.

Tune the TV to either channel three or channel four, then turn on the console.

  • i tried the channels and still nothing

  • Is the console hooked up to your TV set with the one cable wire, or are three wired plugged right into the back of the TV?

  • three plugged into the back

  • It should be a video mode then, not the channels. I don't know why it's not doing anything when you select it. Try the button for "video" or "input" on the TV itself.

  • there is no input or video button on the tv it only has MENU CHAN ^ CHAN DWN VOLUME ^ VOLUME DWN AND POWER . DOES YOUR TV HAVE THE INPUT OR VIDEO ON THE TV??

  • No, it doesn't. So how can three be plugged into the back? Is it plugged into a little box that leads a cable wire into the TV?

  • ITS BY IT

  • if it could do something useful then I would use it, for now no

  • I managed to fuck up a DVD player messing around with hidden menus.
