i believe the hp #s to the wheels but the ftlbs must be at the crank not the wheels

My giac chip is supposed to boost to 20 but i peak at 17-18 and they claim something close to 363 ft-lb, and 313hp at the crank, I'm having trouble beliving that without some other mods. I love the way the 378ft-lb comes up it cracks me up.

A chip doesn't make nearly as big of a difference on a non turbo car.

Giac chip supposidly gives u 318 to the wheels...

I doubt it for a stock car. it's probably 318 crank HP.

Dont think that is to the wheels. If you check their site I believe it claims to the Crank. So 278 is about right.

it's probably making 340hp or even more to the crank, it loses bout 20% of power to the wheels

crap chipping the 4.2 v8 no turbos to adjust the map to increase the boost. Boost plus fuel = torque=hp

it peaks at 17psi then settles down to 15. 93 octane fuel.

idk what you conisder "quite fast" but its been chipped for nearly 2 years now with no problems. The S4 turbo issues are wildly exaggerated.

The only mod is the chip. I don't know what the GIAC X chip is good for but for overall power few compare to Dahlback.
