  • hey can someone tell me the tuning

    ?

  • This is awesome dude, excellent teaching skills. Took me 30 minutes to master this

  • @civicsleeper187 Thanks a lot for the kind words. Really glad it helped and that you could learn from this. Good luck with the rest of the song!

  • Thanks for this tutorial so much! I've just started playing piano and not so good at it, but today I figured the right and left hands separetly thanks to you, hope I can manage to combine them.

  • @begumcitir Hey it's cool. If you've just started, this will be pretty tricky and confusing to take on, so don't get discouraged. But great to hear that the video's helped. Things should be easier when you tackle each hand separately (like you've done already), and yeah...combining them's the hard part. But also the most rewarding and fun when you nail it ;) My other lessons might help too...

Thanks for the kind words, and good luck with the piano playing. Don't give up - work hard!

  • I play guitar as a main instrument, and really wanted to learn this song, but its in drop c and i dont want to downtune it so i though id try it on piano. this is now the only thing i can play on piano and i love to do it thank you very much :D im now going onto part 2 :D

  • @DarkconspiracyPS3 Excellent. Pleased to know the lesson helped you. There's quite a few lessons to follow with lots of details and info, so give them all a try and see what you think. Hope you get the whole song down!

  • @Zer0MT Dude, I used to only play with one hand and didn't think i would be able to play with two hands and I now can, it's all thanks to you! Thank you so much! You've actually helped me improve on my piano skills. You did an awesome job(: Keep playing!

  • @sweetywolf09 Great stuff, really good to hear the lesson's helped you out. If you don't include both hands in your playing, you'll only be getting a maximum of 50% of the fun ;)

Remember it takes time, and using both hands now instead of one will be a huge step forward, opening a much larger world for you in the music you play.

Keep practicing and getting better, and I guarantee you it will pay off.

Thanks for the kind words, support and subscription!

  • @Zer0MT You're very welcome. (: Everythng is well explained and thank you for actually taking a look at your comments and replyig back. :P

  • @sweetywolf09 No worries. I do my best to reply to all comments. If people are kind enough to give praise, the least I can do is take the time to reply back.

  • I am a tottaly newbie at the piano, but love this song.

Thank you for this tutorial, it is the best I have seen, it is helping me going hand by hand, and also the explanations are great, are covering all our douts and what it is needed to pay attention.

    Just great!

  • @celiaak Hey! Great to hear it's been helping you out. Things are tough when you first start, but the most important thing to remember is not to become discouraged. EXPECT it to be difficult. As you know, start slowly and steadily and work up from there, as explained in the lessons. And enjoy the music!

Thanks a lot for letting me know and for the compliments, and if you have any more questions, I'm happy to help. Good luck with the practice!

  • You just helped me and my band :D

    A BIG thnx! :D

  • @Dadde493 Awesome! You're all welcome, and cheers for letting me know! =D

  • cool tats bro

  • @OYLkaren2 Why thank you =)

  • ....I'ma just gonna go ahead and subscribe. The slow and steady tutorials are what I'm going to need until my ear is developed enough to go it alone. In the mean time, keep on doing what your doing. Good job.

  • @ImpulseXproduction Thanks a lot. Don't worry, this stuff takes time, really. Ear training can only be solved by...ear training. Just as you will only get better and improve at playing piano by....you guessed it. Playing piano. There are things you can do to maximise the efficiency of your practice of course, and I attempt to highlight some of these in the lessons.

But you got it - take it slow, learn to listen well and give it time. Most importantly - enjoy!

    Thanks for the support.

  • This might sound kind of ... weird ? But , I love your hands :DD

  • @raelynnsmith That's what she said. Haha sorry, couldn't resist.

Erm yeah, most people enjoy the music or the information, or even the accent. But whatever pleases you, I'm totally cool with that! Thanks =D

  • I love it! :D

Owh and I looooooove your accent xD

  • @Tamamy1402 Accent?! I know not what you speak of! ;)

Haha thanks, glad you enjoyed the lesson.

  • thanks for taking the time to put this together, sounds great and i'm learning very quickly...

  • @bandit42000 Awesome, really pleased to hear it's been helping you out. There's always the concern when making these sorts of lessons that people won't have a clue what you're talking about! Good to know this isn't the case here. Makes it worthwhile doing these tutorials in the first place.

Thanks for posting here and be sure to check out the other tutorials for the song if you havent already. There's more on the way for the remainder of the song. Good luck!

  • Really helpful tutorial, very useful for me (someone trying to learn piano but wants to learn decent songs straight away) for some reason, probably it being broken down so much :) with putting the left and right hand pieces together it was almost like i had to figure out a pattern of exactly how to do it in my mind, like when things change.

... yeah i don't think this made any sense ._.

    ANYWAY, thanks!

  • @MindlessMartin Cool! Great to know this was useful for you. After all, that's the whole reason behind making these. I think I know what you mean about figuring out piecing both hands together in your mind. Try Part II of the tutorial, I think this will apply even more so with the coordination being stretched a little with the awkward rhythms.

    Cheers!

  • Great tutorial, nice tattoo =)

  • @nevena1010 Many thanks x 2 =p

  • SOOOOO helpful :DDDD

  • @RAWRProductionXD Good! Glad you found it useful. More on the way, free time's a bit scarce lately.

  • Does anyone know were to get the music sheet?

  • cant wait for part 2...just sayin (been waiting for a while)

  • @BIGZoMim Yeah I'm aware it's been a while. Apologies for the delay so far; I've not had much free time lately. But completing my tutorial is one of my main priorities right now. Be patient with me please =D

  • Ok awesome :D i was hoping to know this before valentines day if you know what i mean. nyway great tutorial!

  • @BIGZoMim Hehe planning on serenading a special someone? If you need to learn it quicker, you could always listen to the first video I made of it and try to pick up the rest by ear? In the meantime, I'll be working on Part II.

    Thanks for the support =)

  • Hey is it coming a part 2? =D

  • @cupnscexx Sure, of course! =) I'm quite busy lately with music stuff but don't worry, Part II of the Snuff tutorial is on its way! Thanks for dropping by.

  • thank you so much!! :D ))

  • @yanalabeouf No problem, you're welcome. Hope it helps you out with the song =)

And thanks for the subscription and support!

  • First Comment :)

    Faved and subbed! :)

  • @KrmGyrtl Awesome, thanks for posting. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Hope it helped a bit; obviously there's lots more I need to explain about this song.
