Not an idiot. She makes valid points, and yeah, maybe if it wasn't necessary, she wouldn't have to say over and over EARLY DETECTION IS A HUGE FACTOR. I don't think that can be said ENOUGH. You find out too late because you put it off and then realize ever moment you spent thinking, "Eh, I'll be alright after a while. I don't need to check up on this." is more moments you're taking off your ACTUAL life. Or at least how painful it'll be for you to recover. Micro-organisms grow fast. Be safe.
