The implications of American involvement are way overblown. Georgia was petitioning to be a part of NATO, they have been in a sort of provisional status. There were some Americans there, but they were not in any of Georgia's genocidal attacks, which were covered up to NATO. Really the only reason the West condemns Russia's attacks was because of this provisional status of Georgia in NATO. The implications of American involvement are way overblown. Georgia was petitioning to be a part of NATO, they have been in a sort of provisional status. There were some Americans there, but they were not in any of Georgia's genocidal attacks, which were covered up to NATO. Really the only reason the West condemns Russia's attacks was because of this provisional status of Georgia in NATO. NATO needs to drop Georgia and leave them for the wolves... or, in this case, bears ;)

EUCHR will not accept every single case, in order for a case to be admitted at hearings it needs to go several stages, one of which is checking if evidence is truthful enough, also if there is any preliminary objections over jurisdictions!

In Russia there is no legal significance of nationality, every citizen determines its own and all Georgians can consider themselves Russian. If by gently you mean "without the nuclear weaponry" then yes. Georgia is no worthy opponent, yet Russian army is of a (much) higher technological level. Even with what it fought Russian casualties should have been much lower. The result of the war made me realize how badly trained and disciplined Russian soldiers are.

We have not only nuclear weapons but also weapons that are comparable to nuclear power, but not causing damage to nature. I think that was enough to assault Tbilisi, penalty Saakashvili and establishing in Georgia, the occupation regime, as in Iraq.

Georgia didn't attack Russia, it attacked its own territory - South Ossetia. Besides, it's still unknown who attacked whom first - before Russian forces managed to shut down all the Georgian TV stations Georgia reported an attack on one of its villages before their own attack on the "peacekeeper" base. Russians claim that Georgia attacked first but it's hard to believe them since their history is full of lies and propaganda. For one thing, there were no American mercenaries in there.

First - the lies and propaganda is full of history of Finland and Georgia! Second - Ossetia - unrecognized, but an independent state. There were Russian peacekeepers. Georgians killed Russian peacekeepers!!!! Only for that, we need to destroy all of Georgia!!!! For each killed Russian killed, two thousand dirty Georgians !!!! Leave the Finland alone, it's not our topic right now. I know you're trying to make me feel bad about my country and I find it very cute but unfortunately for you it won't work and I will remain focused. Firstly, Russian "peacekeepers" is like a womanizer who has given up doing it with chicks. Secondly, Ossetia is unrecognized, therefore from Georgia depending state, otherwise the unrecognized, but independent Chechnya is also... independent!..

I repeat - Russia has been very, very gently. For killing a Russian peacekeeper must be killed two thousand Georgians. Is justified. Georgians should know their place. Small correction there, pal: France didn't do anything to fight the third Reich. Soviet Union, England, USA - yes. But France surrendered as soon as the German soldiers got by its gates. If it wasn't for France, maybe Hitler would never get the power in Germany in the first place.
