Then he pedals off the hill even with plenty of room. Then he falls because he turns his head and wasn't paying attention and hit something. The overall consensus in Daniel committing these crimes and immoralities was on the fact that he didn't have a father or male influence to kick his butt and teach him about accountability. Yes, Mr Miyagi was appointed (by accident) via Daniel and his mother to be that influence; but Miyagi really didn't want to cross any family boundaries as far as discipline was concerned. Daniel behavior throughout the series was an indication that he seriously needed counseling.

He fought bravely in Vietnam, Quicksilver IS a legit technique that worked (Daniel destroyed that wooden dummy), Silver was being symbolic about burying Kreese and his "cardiac arrest" (Kreese's heart was broken, is why he sent him to Tahiti, "burying" his sad soul like a true friend). Daniel sucker punched two people in the nose, and sucker punched Chozen in the groin!
