  • R.I.P. Kevin "Kojack" Davis

  • This took place at the Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow 2007. I was there and it was very emotional for me. To be more exact it was November 9, 2007 at 4:11 PM. I took a picture as the one Blue Angel pulled away. I had just seen them perform exactly one week earlier in Corpus Christi, Tx. and have a good shot of Kojak taxing by after the performance. R.I.P. Lt. Cmdr. Kevin "Kojak" Davis.

  • @Tugen1 MIchael Waddell's "Realtree Roadtrips" did an episode in 07 with an interview of LCDR Davis just before his crash. It's really moving to see his interview.

  • Salute to the Airmen and any other service men that has given their life for freedom.

  • I have seen that formation in person when i was 9 and i had asked my dad what formation they would be in and he said theyr were gonna do the missing man and then he explained what it was to me and i watched it and said i miss number 6

  • that is so sad =(

  • I am sitting behind a computer, and this gave me chills. God Bless all out brave men & women who sacrifice their time to protect the U.S #6 of the Blue Angels, you shall forever be missed, but you will never be forgotten.

  • Gone, but never forgotten!

  • RIP Blue Angel #6. May God bless your soul. I just returned from USAF basic a few weeks ago and I tear up every time I see a Missing Man formation. I wish I could have served along side him...

  • And before people start saying stupid things to me, yes I know he was in the Navy, but I wish I could have been in the Armed Forces at the same time as him.

  • if the Missing Man formation doesn't move you when you see it, you don't have a heart.

  • Hoorah. Best of Luck to Blue Angel #6's Family.

  • @justaviewer009 dont think luck has anything to do with it ?
