Absolutely NOTHING to do with the Beatles - you might as well say "I am a mole" by the Moles (look it up) is also by the Beatles (another rumour...). It's just an excuse to stick up a few Beatles photos up and ignore the great Pete & Dud!
Definitely Cooke and Moore, but (strong) rumour has it there was more than a little involvement from one John Lennon, who was supposed to have some kind of connection with the popular '60s beat combo "The Beatles".
i spent years (YEARS!!) trying to find this!! And turns out this song (Peter Cook & Dudley Moore, yep!) is included on the vintage LP entitled BEATLEMANIA.. a collection of beatles-ish inspired songs and spoofs..though of course, this is THE SONG!!!
Those voices if they are the Beatles are John and George. But it sounds much more like peter cook and Dudley Moore who are actually surprisingly good singers. What a pity is that Peter Cook and Dudley Moore did not do anything with the Beatles, and do a song or a sketch or even better both as an ensemble
It's from Peter Cook and Dudley Moore's show "Not Only But Also..." John did appear in a few sketches of that show, but not the one that included this song.
I bought the Beatle bootleg Super Tracks( Let it be outakes, better than let it be naked ) back in the seventies and it had this track. For years I thought it was the fabs. Brilliant tune. Sounds like XTC.
I really like these outfakes. But that's the point. They're so very fake. I like the song though. Kinda Syd Barrett lyrics.

This was on a bootleg copy of a singles album. The record i saw a record store selling it for 20 USD.

It's from Bedazzled, 1970 film by Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. Nothing to do with the Beatles whatsoever. Closer to The Beatles would be The Ruttles.

@cpu42 It is NOT from Bedazzled
