  • I live in Worcester.

  • Hey ohnoliam, FUCK YOU! People who like trains are not nerds! Well, some are, but you need to go get a fucking girl and get outside. Im the fucking captain of my hs hockey team! So just because i happen to be fasinated by trains that makes a train nerd!?! Go fuck your dad dipshit.

  • Huh? The P & W train has so many multiple units of engines together? Their locos must be really weak.

  • che scandalo di treni!!

  • Wasn't Worcester part of the "inland" route between Boston and NYC about 15 or 20 yearrs ago? This particular train must have had to detour for some reason. Love those freight engines. Good video.

  • amtrak is awsome i love trains

  • I wonder why the train did not stop in Worcester that day? I am sure there would have been some passengers at Worcester. I think these rerouted trains stopped in Springfield, MA, Hartford, CT and other stops in the inland route.

  • It's because Worcester wasn't on the listed schedule.

  • train nerds? wow... how are they for nerds??

  • Shut up!Also why would you watch this vid if that is all you had to say

  • hey how can u say that. just bc people have an actual hobby unlike u. people like stuff like this and so do i. that doesn't make them nerds. we just like trains so shut up and get a life

  • @OhNoLiam Fuck you! Why did you watch the video if you don't like trains? Because you want to make fun of us?

  • You have to give the P&W a shout out. Who else can run a train with B39-8s, B30-7A boosters and a D8-40B?

  • I'm sorry, the correct code for Springfield,MA is SPG, not SPM

  • why did this train come THRU worcester and NOT stop?

  • The reason it did not stop, is because a few BOS-NYC/WAS trains were rerouted via the inland route due to work on the Thames River Bridge in CT.. After BBY, the trains traveled non-stop to NHV via WOR, SPM, HFD. Amtrak did not want to add any other stops on to the route, because the train already had enough time added to it as it was. It would be nice to see Amtrak resurrect the inland route though.

  • too bad this route isn't electified though. You do lose 10 minutes in NHV for the Engine switch.

  • excellent clip 5* ! =)

  • dude u r the second that put something like that. y did u watch this if u don't have anything good to say

  • what happened to that frieght train to the right?

  • That train probably went on down to RI..

  • Why is it rare?

  • Because the only Amtrak through Worcester is the Lakeshore Limited to Albany, NY. This train usually goes along the Northeast Corridor.

  • It is sad to see my Conrail dieing (fading away).

  • dood - put P&W in the tags and/or title - thats very cool and therefore deserves recognition
