  • Me trae muchos recuerdos esta canción :D

  • It's an instant trip through time. And when EVERYTHING but image mattered.

  • Space trucking is what Deep Purple were all about !! Classic rock of the best quality !! Best band ever !!!

  • Can anyone says what Blackmore was playing at 4:37? Is it a classical music, a known composition? Thank You!

  • I didn't like hughes screaming in the end. i think it ruined the last minute of the song.

  • @RitchiePage72 Agreed. I love Glenn but I really don't like when he screams when it's not necessary

  • Wow. It looked like he was making love to that organ. (That sound wrong in more ways than one).

  • No one like Gilan !

  • this is the best option game drummer- Ian Paice

( Это самый крутой вариант игры барабанщика Яна Пейса )

  • это самый крутой вариант игры барабанщика яна пейса

  • no wonder why blackmore left the band, glen hughes is a good bassists but hes annoying as hell

  • Beginning with "Also sprach Zaratustra" from R. Strauss ! Coverdale hated the words "We dance around Borealis"

  • Yeh....wot he said below me .!! I WANNA BUY IT ! ...hear that mr slack arse biz man - get ya arse in gear .

  • Hi, where I can find this video, I mean, the entire show.

  • Love that version! I’m 11 years old and did a cover of that song. If you wanna check it out…. Greetings from France !

  • Greensleeves. What a clown Blackmore can be.

  • Ritchie here is simply the best!!! He is doing something on his own!!

  • 00:12 oh god, don't drop the keyboard!

  • The ability of this band is to churn out its own music with different variations from their original which leaves fans disoriented but enchanted with their impromptu versatility, improvisations and novelty of execution. That's what professional musicians are all about - they hardly repeat themselves yet keep their standards flying high at each given concert. Their variety gives us more enjoyment than monotony - no stereotopy from DEEP PURPLE!

  • Happy to see this!!!!

  • @jimistreets

How could you know that RITCHIE is an asshole ?

Do you know him personally ? Have you spend days, weeks, tours with him ? NO ?

So don't judge about him if you don't know by yourself.

    RITCHIE BLACKMORE 4 EVER !!!!!!

  • Not my favourite "Purple" line up I"m afraid too much "Glam rock" introduced with Hughes n Coverdale, All that "Strutting" around the stage !!!!! Soz A bit "suspect" to me !!!

  • @squarielman hughes and coverdale brought in a lot, but glam rock ? ;P

    You are way off!

  • @squarielman Glam Rock !!!!! FUCKING IDIOT you obviously know fuck all about music or purple !!!

  • 4:06 Oh My.

  • Corect me if I'm wrong but the guy that takes the interview sounds like David Gilmour.

  • Ritchie Blackmore....Virtuoso...Trailblazer...Original....COLOSSAL ASSHOLE...

  • What are you talking about. MK2's live set varied quite a bit between 69 - 73. MK2 broke up cause Gillan and Blackmore couldn't stand each other. Blackmore wanted complete control over Purple and Gillan wanted nothing to do with it. Plus The management pushed them so much to tour with no break, they burnt out. They tried different songs in the set like No No No, Demon's Eye, Anyone's Daughter, and Mary Long replaced Child In Time in the set for a couple of months in 1973.

  • On stage MK III line up was better. In studio MK II is the best.

  • @zulerna I disagree 100%. MK2 was better both in the studio and on stage. MK3's stage show never came colse.

  • @Drumguy1988 the problem with MKII ilve is that many of their songs didn't work well on stage. So they were basically stuck with In Rock / Machine Head material. The cause of the demise of MKII is that Ian Gillan got tired of singing the same songs for four years on stage. Their set hadn't varied very much between 1969 and 1973.

  • amazing!!!!

  • This isnt space truckin, this is definitely mandrake root

  • @Adamboms this is space truckin', listen to the riff. MKIII never played Mandrake Root on stage.

  • you're wrong friend . there's a video with mk II doing mandrake root

  • theyre doing a lot more from the song mandrake root than space truckin

  • @Adamboms that was the tradition at the time

  • si jon lord è anche il mio tastierista preferito..un genio

  • what song do Ritchie play 4:40-4:56?

  • @kawasakiclaesson19

Ritchie Blackmore plays an abstract of L'amour est bleu at Leeds Polytechnic Student Project in 1974 melody created by André Popp and lyrics by Pierre Cour in 1967 sung first time by Vicky Leandros later interpreted by Paul Mauriat and by Raphael in Spanish under name of El amor es triste.

  • @Sirclaudioblackmore Where??

All I could hear was an excerpt from Greensleeves. Not calling you out or anything, I'm just curious...

  • holy shit the speed of blackmore in that mini solo that he does is amazing now we know were yngwie malmsteen got his playing style and why he worships ritchie the king of early neo classical shred

    THANKS

  • Jon Lord is my favorite keyboard player in the universe

  • @guitarlawyer75 Jon Lord is the best keyboard player in this universe and in the parallel universes too! HE'S THE MAN!!!

  • @guitarlawyer75 Deep Purple : my favorite band in the universe! :D

...And Ian Paice : my favorite drummer in the universe!

  • @guitarlawyer75 not only your favourite, but the BEST keyboard player in the universe. He's THE MAN.

  • @guitarlawyer75

    i hear ya! :)

  • @guitarlawyer75 He is The Lord of Hammond's...

  • @guitarlawyer75 I agree!!! :D

  • I love this line up actually..they become more bluesy purple... great!

  • Great performance, but nowhere close to when Gillan and Glover was in the band, the previous years.

  • Gillan lover

  • Yes I am, and proud to be so as well. Met the man on several occations. I never said Coverdale and Hughes was bad. I regard the 'Burn' album as one of Purple's strongest. 'Soldier Of Fortune' has my favourite Deep Purple song (Soldier Of Fortune) actually. 'Come Taste The Band' was interesting. MK.4 was great in the studio, but crappy on stage due to Bolin's unpredictable performances due to heroin, and unfortunatly Glenn's increasing cocaine habit ruining the performances. Even Coverdale say so

  • @SilverTounge85 I dont get why people say MK4 sucks on stage. Many shows were bad that is true. But some shows were phenomenal !

Have you just heard "last concert in japan"

    or ?

The miami show is good and one of the other shows that was realeased.

  • @SilverTounge85 Thumbs down....

  • @jimistreets

  • @Sojic82 From many, many sources. Those that know him, worked with and for him. I guess the same can be said to you: How do YOU know he isnt?

  • WOOOOOUUUUU !!!

    EXCELENT !!!
