Dear Samsung Service, my function key used to workk fine, but i recently reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop and now my function key doesn't work. Meaning i hold down fn and for example try to put the volume up and there is no response. Also it won't let me scroll using my touchpad (like with two fingers as before). can you please tell me how to solve both these problems?

@mariotenniskid All of our current US models have a function or FN key. Please provide me your model number so I can assist you in locating the FN key.

It is located near the F12 key. It is labaled Print Screen or Prt Sc.
