The issue at hand is not whether Gordon and Heidi would help someone starving and poor (which I know for a fact that they would), but the issue is whether or not the taxpayers of Foster should be servicing people in other communities. By the way, it was never established that the people in Scituate who were helped were actually starving and poor. They did not fill out any forms verifying they lived in Foster, let alone whether or not they qualified for services.
