This is the tournament, there are rules with what you can bring. These guys just brought over 100bil in Isk to the tournament. Hats off to that!

@BeastyPants it should be noted that they didn't have to put out 100bil to field that set up. they were the runners up in the last tourny, so they just built the freki's, which I guess would cost about the same as a rifter to build. It's just that they have the only original blueprint, so they can dictate the price.

@pheonex All I can do is laugh at that comment. They can produce 15k of those for under 30 bil (I don't know what it would cost to actually build them, but I'm guessing 2mil per unit is a conservative estimate.) They can't sell a ton of them or the amount people are willing to pay for them will drop. It's hardly a risk if you can't sell the ship in the first place.

If the rules allowed it, they could bring 200 Freki's and they'd have less invested than even the cheapest setups people field.

If they built & sold every single one at once the price at a conservative estimate would still be in the region of 20bill each. You really are dumb it's not even funny.

@pheonex ahh, well in that case that changes things. I was under the impression they were getting blueprint originals from what I remember of the comments about it from at7. I wasn't about to find any actual announcements for the prizes, however I did find the auction where they sold that freki.
