Probably the most noticeable difference is that link yells when he swings the sword in the GBA version

I thought of another difference: the Four Sword dungeon.

You're not even going to see the four sword dungeon until you get to the dark world, so no one could tell by that from this vid

But that doesn't mean it's not a difference between the SNES and GBA versions.

The bottles stack in a sidebar in the SNES version, and in the GBA version, they stack in the same item box.
