This is what my You-tube video-- STOPPING A TORNADO+ AIRBORNE M.A.S.E.R + COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMIC + WEATHER PATTERNS -- is based on. What if you knew the weather pattern ahead of time based on a math model. The M.A.S.E.R , not laser would alter pockets of air to disrupt the tornado pattern. This in turn would prevent the tornado from touching the ground in certain area's.
