  • "Spaced" is the funniest show I've ever seen on either side of the pond. Ever.

  • What is the intro song?

  • we need this on american tv u kno humour

  • @bloodthirsty958 Watch 'Community', it's an American sitcom that is definitely on par with 'Spaced'.

  • @invisible1023 I concur with this statement.

  • 0:32 wait, she just pinched her eyes through a pair of glasses, was that an intentional joke?

  • @TheKylmar omg i never spotted that before, nice one !

  • alriiiiiiiiiiight................whats your problem?

  • You do know that Nick was only an actor in this?

Edgar Wright and Jessica Stevenson had much bigger roles in the direction and writing aspects

  • Classic moments!

If you love Spaced then check out GUERILLA!

  • i also find this funnier than fawlty towers. but i find simon pegg and nick frost, together, funnier than anything else on the planet. i love spaced and i have never loved anything on tv as much as i love spaced!

  • 2:18

  • ahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHA!! i LOVE THIS SHOW

  • what season is this?

  • omg that bike bit was hilarious!

  • One of the most awesome shows EVER!

  • Haha the gun thing with the gang made me laugh so hard when I first saw it. They way they all go "WOAHH…" in slow mo, genius.

  • Mr Scruff Spandex Man!

  • "Brian.Painter.Loser."

  • :) Fun to watch. Needs more Brian.

  • Marsha: "What're you gonna do? Blow me up?!?"

    BRB DYING OF LAUGHTER

  • The funniest thing simon pegg ever did.

Apart from shaun of the dead he hasn't done anything decent since.

  • @DearBossMusic what are you talking about hot fuzz was brilliant

  • Brian smiling at the end. Lol.

  • Tim: Do you rent downstairs?

Brian: Do you mean am I gay?

    Tim: ...what?

  • 6:12 Brian Heap is sooo funny! XD

  • ROFL that song at the end of this clip... I love it. It plays at the end of The Office (the UK Christmas Special) and I'm guessing it's a popular song in England since it makes it into more than one of their best comedies... Great song and brilliant show.

Now give us MORE PEEP SHOW PLEASE!!

    Love,

    An American Fan

  • @phubans Yes, it's a very popular song in the UK, called "Back For Good" by Take That.

  • @MarcC89 yes..uhm..very popular...

  • does any one know what the name of the background music is?????????

  • I thought Spaced was a Sci-Fi Sitcom like Red Dwarf, Futurama or Nick Frost's BBC Sci-Fi Drama Hyperdrive, judging by the title.

    Seems im wrong.

  • @doctorwhoone

Yeah, but it's just as nerdy. Sometimes more.

  • he properly fucked his knees on that powerslide.

  • The Inbetweeners were right to stop after the 3rd series, as it was already looking like it would start to go downhill if they carried on. 18 quality episodes is legacy enough, and most British comedies may only make 12 but every last one stands the test of time and remains just as good years later as it did years ago. In fact, the only two I can think of that break this rule are Peep Show and Only Fools And Horses.

  • Londinian!! no that's just shit. haha

  • Press 3.... yea thats right >:-)

  • LOL LOL LOL look at brians face when marsha waves 6:17 ahhahahahha!

  • 6:08 LOL he's sooo cute!

  • Comment removed

  • HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! 2:19 the Sixth Sense spoof HAHA oh god that was funny!

  • marsha's arm goes really weird at the end when she waves at Brian.

  • @treacle106 LOL hahaaa made me laugh so much!

  • spaced is one of the last great brit sit come there has been nothing better since

  • i love that bit " any way she's lovely..."

  • hahaha @ the take that part!

  • Wait, that female cyclist was in the Sixth Sense? She was the wife of Bruce Willis' character. I find funny how she's wearing the same outfit as the female cyclist in the sixth sense who was killed.

  • There are so many film references throughout Spaced. I'm not a huge film expert, so I'm sure I've missed a lot, but it's so nice when you spot one you recognise.

  • @mrbutt89 HAHAHA XD Brownie points for me XD

  • EXCELLENT selection!

  • The scene at 4:03 is absolute genius!

  • If you like this you'll LOVE 15 Storey's High... Which is BY FAR the BEST and most UNDERRATED sitcom of all time (only 2 series' )= ).

You can watch all the episodes on youtube... just search: 15 Storey's High Playlist

You guys can thank me later XD

  • This made me want to drown things.

  • barely started watching this show. Very funny. Better late than never, right?

  • think i might pick up the first series of this seems good lol

  • It is outstanding! And...if he did, how did Pegg make that noise?

  • 3:58 Best part and how does simon make that noise

  • 2:41 She played Bruce Willis wife in the sixth sense.

  • @Musicjoe11 Haha oh yeah :D

  • @Musicjoe11 HAHA! I just realized that!

  • So many funny moments in that series.

  • The imaginative gun scene was my favourite part. :-D

  • fried gold

  • "Mike any ideas?"........what follows is just mint

  • @jonnyirwin666 I KNOW. The first time I watched that episode, I nearly cried it was so funny. Mike's face is just incredible.

  • What the hell do you think you're going it's broad bloody daylight you people have no consideration for cyclists!

    Pardon?

What the hell do you think you're going it's broad bloody daylight you people have no consideration for cyclists!

  • hey ppl plz watch , comment and subscribe to my baggy trousers video x!!!!!!!!!!

  • Spaced, Green Wing, I'm Alan Partridge. Real comedy ends after 2 series'.

  • if all sketchy looking teens were like this the world would be awesome

  • Comment removed

  • i would gladly let Tim impregnate me.

  • My friends hate for saying this, but Spaced is funnier than Fawlty Towers.

  • @AliminiumHydroxide depends on ur style of comedy really, if u like a lot of slapstick etc then fawlty towers is for u but i like both and all ive seen of spaced is this video lol

  • @LeeJ2512 - i like both too. :)

  • @AliminiumHydroxide fawlty is shite though. and spaced is expedientally better with a (marginally) more attractive cast.

  • Anyone else see Daisy put her fingers through her glasses at 0:33?

  • @SuperSpafa Its supposed to be like that

  • I wish they would of had done at least one more season, but the show did have a great ending.

The slow motion gunfight between Brian, Tim and Mike is quite possibly the greatest thing I have ever seen.

  • my fav tv show

  • The squirming "Brian" just kills me in the last scene. I've seen Mark Heap in so many unflattering guises (Big Train, Spaced, Green Wing etc...). but I won't be fooled! He's a sexy bastard that one, no matter what, no matter what age!

  • oldest looking 27yr old I've ever seen

  • How come pear drops all taste the same, like the red ones and the white ones taste all the same. Why?

  • every line is just worth repeating

  • Spaced is one of my all-time favourite sitcoms. As much as I would have liked more episodes, I definitely think they were right to stop when they did. Moments like the "unspoken telepathy" scenes, the Robot Wars/Fight Club parody, or Bill Bailey punching someone in the face for saying "Hawk The Slayer" was rubbish are all comedy gold. It was a quirky, original series perched precariously on the edge of normality, and I adored it. Anybody wants me, I'll be watching the DVDs again :)

  • Classic brit-com. Went out on top after two series.

  • brian is so funny

  • 3:03 Matrix moment. I bet every guys dream...

  • spaced is a masterpiece, anyone who doesnt like is simply too stupid to understand it

  • B: I see it as a tribute to Christo, the artist.

T: I see it as a waste of Baco, the foil.

No best of spaced can exist without that brilliant piece of dialogue, I luuuuuurv that part :D

    Good video.

  • @Gazmus you are 100% right in your comment i totally agree perfect bit of dialogue

  • spaced is just brilliant.

12 dislikes - not to be racist, but probably american's who will never fully embrace britcom

  • @Fred66613 Or possibly Brits with a refined sense of irony. :)

  • Imaginary hand gun fighting is the best thing in the world!!!!

  • The slo mo gun fight is the greatest thing ever created.

  • haha lmao at the invisible gun scenes xD

  • There were many more, but vid was great!

  • This show is awesome! =D i wish they wud make a 3rd series =/

  • Spaced =The best sitcom ever!

  • UK all the way!

  • hahaha i just realised she doesn't have any lenses in her glasses. 0:31.

  • @nibblemyelbow Yeah i know right!

  • @ceekyImp616 Tis kay... no really I can't take any credit D:<

  • I love this show!!!

  • FFFFUCK OFFF

  • com on who thinks the same as me that uk comedy is the best its not like american were there all in your face talking about gays or summing

  • "were there all in your face talking about gays or summing"

I don't understand... you and your CRAZY UK English is too much for my poor, weak, American brain. Oh, and your grammar is illegible.

  • Il s'agit de la plus drôle du programme televison

  • Il s'agit de la plus drôle du programme televison

  • Il s'agit de la plus drôle du programme televison

  • omg Brian spitting out paint xD

  • Has anyone else seen the ridiculously bad american remake?

  • I think they didn't end up greenlighting it - but if they did it only lasted for an episode or two. I've seen clips and they make me ashamed to be an American.

  • @sazie139 They didn't!?! 0.0 Why D:

  • i'm very dissapointed in this video. it is called BEst of Spaced" and it's from just the second series (season) and only covers most of a few episodes. where is the good stuff from series one or stuff like Tim losing his job in series two? this is pretty LIMITED, jMcGov918

  • Best brit-com I ever watched ... Shame they only made two series. Still , I will watch them religiously once I pick up the DVD pack!!!

  • Nah, it's GREAT they stopped after two. So many good sitcoms/comedies are stretched out for too long and end up weak (Frasier, Simpsons, etc). I really appreciate when a series knows when to call it quits (Office, Fawlty Towers, Extras, Flight of the Conchords).

I'm just amazed Peep Show (a Brit-com I'd strongly recommend!) is as incredible now in its sixth season as it was at the beginning.

  • Don't forget black books

  • @FidoDido1980 Agreed. There are some cleaver sit coms here that will most likely not last as the creative teams behind them have other things to do. "party Down','Head Case', and my fave 'East bound and Down'. Sorry for co-opting 'Office and totally fucking it up.

  • @FidoDido1980 It's not jus sitcoms that are better off quitting when they're ahead. Life On Mars?

  • @FidoDido1980 I agree, I would love it if they would do the special they had/hopefully have in mind to tie everything up...

  • @FidoDido1980 Agreed! -Except for Flight of the Conchords - they did another series, with a larger budget and full stories (rather than stories centred around the songs) and it just didn't work as well...

  • @FidoDido1980 you sir are an idiot

  • @goofsru You win the Internet. Well done.

  • @FidoDido1980 as far back as i could remeber ive always wanted to win the internet and now i have! awsome you have your own idea i just wish theyd of had another season or two sorry man

  • @FidoDido1980 I agree with everything you just said apart from the bit aout peep show 6th season.. peep show has defo gone past its sell by date!!

  • @FidoDido1980 I agree with everything. I love peep show.

Check 0:32. ahaha, always surprising me! Long live Spaced.

  • yeah, they are empty! lol!

  • Just watched the series on DVD and I fraking LOVED IT! This video is made of so much awesomeness. :D

  • leaving the necessity of the intro/preamble aside, these aren't the best scenes from this great show. you can tell however that they're the best bits according to an american male... anyone see why? 2 words, GUN LOVE!

  • 3:03 what music is this?

  • @KnexGod03 it's called "Spybreak" by the Propellerheads- it's on the Matrix soundtrack (which is why they used it in the show, the visuals of the clip are a callback to the matrix as well- the lobby scene)

  • one of the best shows of all time, hands down.

  • @zbegner666 CORRECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

  • 3:17 xD Oh shiiiiiit!

  • the "we're sorry marsha" part almost make me cry :c
