A few years back it was said that Spain was one of the highest consumers of Cocaine, today Brazil is the 2nd highest consumer of Cocaine according to the CIA website, while the US remains the highest. All countries in western Europe use drugs as well, the UK is one of the top consumers of Heroin. Some of these places got their drugs from Mexico, S. America, Asia, etc. but either way the US is not alone.
