thats the sportback. i own an 2011 ralliart sedan. as far as it being a grandmas car. lol. maybe a grandmas car that went down to the city , bought about an ounce of cocaine and then shortly afterwards shot up about a gram of heroin. definitely not a car to fuck with. will eat up alot of cars

@benbay001 i get close to 22mpg. and thats just city driving.  if i put it in cruise control on open road you can get even more. by the way, if you get it tuned you'll get even more mpg

Lets get this out for all you ignorant kids. This car can be beautiful or ugly to the beholder. However, THIS IS THE REASON IT STANDS OUT! 1. S-AWC same on Evo. 2. ST Dual Clutch Transmission. 3. Turboed 2.4L Engine. Thats almost the same size engine as a FKING Gallon of milk. 4. Its a race inspired grocery getter! Which means, Dont bitch otherwise get an evo and STFU! Mitsu addressed all the issues mentioned on this video by the guy with the annoying voice.

The Ride is awful. Very SMALL bumps and smooth roads SUPERIOR ride. But other size bumps gives bad jolts and it's very uncomfortable and aggravating. Rear View awful: obstructed by low hatchback, head rests and passengers. This causes problems parking, backing up and can cause accidents. Engine is fairly quiet but ROAD NOISE IS PRONOUNCED, WORSE THAN 03-07 prior generation lancers. The Insulation material must be inferior, like the cheap plastics on the dashboard

@WoWdAkOtAh I've raced a Mitsu Lancer '09 against my Fiat Grande Punto '07 stock, and i've beated him all along the curves... of course in 0 to 60 there's no comparison... but believe me... the Lancer needs a much better suspension! :/

I just bought one of these in the US last week. I have an S2000 but needed another car for utility. Looked at FX45 and STI. Went with this because it had the nice features of the infiniti and i didnt really need another sports car. This thing is still plenty fast (as fast as my s2k)... I got the recaro package which is awesome. The recaro seats are perfect and the 700w rockford fosgate system is the best feature. I think this is the best looking hatchback on the market, with the A3 next.

no, the ralliart is a version between the lancer GT 2.4 lts with 168hp, and the evo x, the ralliart have 237 hp the evo x 295 hp, also ralliart is fron wheel drive evo x is 4wd, but both have the same motor, 2.0lts MIVEC, but the turbo is most greater in the evo x

when is the release date? ...I like hatches due to the space and the acoustics of my super excellent stereo. Would be nice to have one to test drive. I will just have to be patient like the rest of you.  Sounds like this car is a comprise of power and practicality. Hopefully mitsubishi has hit the perfect middle ground. The only concern is the price point may be to high for the us weak dollar.
